This establishment has made me a detractor for life. I’ve used their services several times in the past and my button up shirts have always been laundered for 1.50. Today I was informed that because my dress shirts are slim– fit that they are 3.50. Really? You have a giant sign calling out 1.50 for dress shirt laundering to get customers In… then you pull the«bait and switch» I’m not having it. Then the clerk a asked me to un-roll my sleeves before they would accept my shirts! Isn’t that YOUR job? I’m disgusted and quite frankly mortified at the treatment I’ve received today. In a world where there is a dry cleaner on every corner, good service makes the difference.

Basically this review is to inform others to DONOTUSE this place for your dry cleaning services!!! My husband brought 5 shirts(4 men dress shirts and 1 women’s blouse). I was thinking this is easy enough to clean, no stains or issues with the shirts. Well for this place, easy must mean HARD!!! When we picked up the shirts my hubby thought there was a little red lint on the shirts but he was in such a rush he brought them home without doing a thorough inspection. But once we hung the shirts up and took off the plastic we discovered our clothes actually came back dirtier then they were prior to dropping them off! Two shirts were covered in red lint. Sleeves, front and back Covered in this lint from someone else’s clothes!!! Another one of the shirts were covered in white lint/film. Needless to say we brought the clothes. They re-cleaned them but still some dang lint was present! We will NEVER use this place again. ZEROSTARS!!!

This is the first time I have ever written a negative review on Unilocal, but the service(or lack thereof) was so bad here I felt the need to warn others. I brought a pair of pants here to get hemmed. When I turned in my pants I was told I could come pick them up on Monday. As I needed them by Thursday(they are part of a suit and I was going to court) I thought this was plenty of time. I came Monday afternoon and was told the pants were not ready, but would be ready later in the day, and that I should call just in case before I came to get them. I thought that was pretty weird in itself. As I could not come later that day, nor the next day because I was busy until they closed at 7pm, I came Wednesday in the early evening to get the pants. When I arrived the man could not find them. I told him I would wait, and I did for about twenty minutes. At this time there were about 2 other customers there picking up clothing, and a few other employees. He told me he could not find the pants, and that they were likely at another one of their facilities were they clean them. I informed him they should have been done and ready two days earlier, but he didn’t seem to care. He told me then to go home, and he would call me when he found them. This is about an 1 ½ before they closed for the day, and I needed the pants for the next morning before they would be open, so I was extremely irritated. He called me about 30 minutes later to come get the pants. Apparently they were there the whole time, and the man told me he was too flustered by how busy they were with all the customers to find them. When I requested a refund because of the inconvenience, and because this was my third attempt at getting my pants, he laughed and said if he did that he would be out of business. I pointed out that if they continued treating customers the way I was treated they would definitely be out of business. I guess there is a reason they make customers pay in advance. This was one of the most frustrating situations I’ve had to deal with recently, and all over a stupid pair of pants. Not worth the aggravation, save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

(zero stars) NEVERGOHERE!!! I went there to drop off a black coat and a 100% mongolian cashmere blanket. The guy couldn’t find the word blanket in the system so he charged it as a sweater(2.50) I said okay whatever he knows what he doing. So I paid for the«sweater» and the coat and left. Later that night someone called me and said that there was a new guy and he charged me wrong. I said«okay so what do you want me do do about that?» The guy said I had to pay the 12.50 it was supposed to be or cancel the order. I was so irritated and frustrated that I said to cancel it. It they should have just cleaned it and charged me 2.50 as it was a EMPLOYEE error and not the CUSTOMERS fault. I went back a week later to pick up the cancelled order and the cleaned coat. They couldn’t find my blanket. I was pissed. So he took my number down and said they would call me. 5 days later still no call. I don’t live in the area so I haven’t gone down there yet to give them a piece of my mind but I will tomorrow!

(Zero stars) I wish I owned a sphygmometer(sp) so I could measure my heart rate right at this moment. I’m so freaking irritated! It takes a lot for customer service to piss me off. I’m very forgiving and understand that we all have bad days. This was inexcusable. Earlier in the week I turned in 3 of my husband’s long sleeve button down shirts and 1 pair of pants. The printed out invoice said they’d be ready by Friday. Today is Friday. There were 2 ppl behind the counter. The same 2 who were there when I dropped off the items. So I hand the woman, whom I assume is the owner, my receipt and she does her thing on the computer. She goes to the back and it becomes apparent that she has no idea where my order is. She’s flipping through the racks, walking back and forth, reading the tags on the hangers. After a few minutes she comes back and asks me to explain what my items looked like. Are you serious? Luckily, I do remember and I describe to her the colors of the shirts. But as I scan the racks I know that my description is futile among the sea of other long sleeve button down shirts. UGH! She searches again. A few more minutes pass and she implores her colleague. He, too, asks me to describe the items. He then goes to the conveyor and pushes the button to make it go round. As the rows of plastic covered clothes swirl by me, he asks me to tell him when I spot my items. Again, are you serious? I wasn’t picking up a brightly colored fuschia puffy coat with sequins all over. My shirts were white, black and deep purple. Needless to say, I didn’t spot my husband’s clothes. At this point neither of them offered an apology or an explanation of why they couldn’t locate my order. The woman asks if I have any other errands to run nearby. Ummm. no bitch. THIS is my errand. They look aimlessly for a couple more minutes. Finally she says they’ll call me when they find it. Luckily I live nearby so no biggie for me. Before I walk away she says«don’t worry we’ll find them.» I sure hope so since they were purchased at Nordstroms, one of which is Burberry. Grrr. It’s now over two hours later and they still haven’t called. This was my first and will be my last experience with this business. I only tried them out because they’re the closest cleaners to me. But I will gladly drive elsewhere. I would also like to point out that the customer in front of me had to wait for them to find her dress. Horrible!
