I went twice in a row over the weekend and both times my drink was not very well blended. The matcha kale smoothie had pockets of matcha powder that was not mixed in. Not pleasant to chew on. The next day my smoothie had huge chunks of ice. I think they need to replace their blender blades!

This is my very favorite Jamba Juice location because it’s close to home and Home Depot! Lol everyone is always friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with my orders. Fresh ingredients, leave feeling healthy and happy.

I wish all Jamba locations were consistent!
Not my first time complaining about how the drinks here taste funky. During my last visit I ordered my usual Kalerribean smoothie and it tasted… chalky. The kale and fruit measurements were definitely not measured correctly. The consistency of the smoothie was so thick that I had a hard time finishing my drink. Very disappointed considering I ordered a large and ended up throwing it out after a few sips in.
Drive farther down to the Jamba on Bruceville and Laguna where their drinks and service is always on point.

Worst one!!! They seem not to know how to communicate with deaf person. OMG! It makes me wonder if they graduated at high school with a perfect diploma?! If they know how to write or read, then why don’t they??? Oh… I only asked for orange carrot karma and a shot of wheatgrass. Then a young lady talked to me. I signed like what you said? So she walked and took a orange to me. I was like huh? What the … she talks or shows about? Oh man. I won’t visit there anymore! Last time I visited there was smooth-​processing. It was good communication between me and that person. So now??? Sighs…

When you walk in it’s so bright and open. I had the Banana Berry smoothie which is one of my many favorites. The smoothie was made perfectly. They always recommend something for me if I’m taking to long to decide. This location is definitely my favorite one!

Staff is very uneducated on the food and drinks they sell to people. I asked what on the menu was gluten free they had no answer all three girls on staff asked each other and could only come up with «umm» «ugh» «I Don’t Know» «well maybe». Well if you have celiac disease… «Um well maybe» doesn’t cut it. Def won’t be back to this location. This is why I make my smoothies at home so I «know what goes in them». Upset it even gave it a chance.

Today they had a special where 3 blends of juices were free! Even with the large volume of customers they were very happy and energetic to serve everyone. Even on a regular day their staff is very nice. Their smoothies are delicious on a hot ummer day!

The new fresh squeezed juice was awesome! I got the orange, apple, pineapple and ginger blend. Amazing! Great customer service too! Otherwise you can’t go wrong with the Caribbean Passion!

Great location. Nice peeps working behind the counter.
We ordered our usual wheat grass shots with orange slices… delicious! It was just pretty cool how most jamba juices upped their customer service standards… greeting at the door, conversation behind the reg, etc. Oh, and don’t forget to sign up for the rewards card… already got $ 3 off! 4 stars.

Jamba Juice is amazing but if there is one on every block in Elk Grove I recommend going to a different one. This Jamba Juice has terrible customer service.

I come here 4 – 5 times a week and the service is always on point. Continue to keep up the fast service and you will continue to see my business and the business of others. All the employees there are all stellar and remember you even after a handful of visits. Anne is my favorite

I Love this Jamba Juice location! They always make my smoothie the way I like it. There’s always great energy walking into this location. There’s always a nice greeting when you first walk in. Im a picky person when it comes to my smoothie. They really take their time to understand what you want and try their best to make it exactly the way you want it. Im so glad I can always count on this location to make it right! Loving my Pomegranate Pick me up!!! So delicious! Thanks guys!

I hate this branch the most… Of all the jamba branches this is the worst. The girl who helped me seemed to have a serious dyslexia, made me repeat everything I said so many times and just couldn’t understand what easy on bananas, sub strawberries means. Also forgot my fiber boost. My drink tasted like water with a cup of sugar. I couldn’t drink it so I put it away and then it spilled in my car cos the lid was bent. Ughh. that was the worst day ever…

Say What? No more free boosts? $ 4 for a small sugary drink that when I ask for extra bananas, the leftover of my drink gets dumped and not just put into a larger cup?
4 small drinks = $ 21 AND they didnt ask my name, or what size I wanted?
I think my days of coming here are over.

Decent shop with blasé kids working in it.
Recommend: Sweet Belgian Waffle and adding a free boost to your drink (why not?)
And if you’re tired or can’t decide what you want to drink, maybe the secret menu will entice you.

This is a decent jamba juice. I work nearby so I pop in often. Staff is friendly.
Downside, it is always so hot and humid in there! I break out in a sweat just while I’m waiting for my drink. Ew.
Also, they aren’t super fast and sometimes I hear their very loud personal conversations while I’m waiting.
