Mr. James A. Gibson was hired to make a determination to remediate mold that was in my home. After submitting a list of items that needed to be removed and/​or cleaned, he returned to give a final clearance.
He provided clearance even though the work he had recommended was not done. Mold was hidden behind plastic sheeting, interior framing was left painted (paint was used to cover up the mold), and appliances were left dirty from demolition which, more likely than not, also has mold spores.
BEWARE!!! He seems very nice and professional. However, his integrity is highly questionable.
