Terrific team of dental professionals! Dr. Ngai and Dr. Phipps are genuine dentists who treat their patients knowledgeably with care, tact and always do and deliver top-​notch quality work. In addition, they both educate a patient about better preventative teeth care and inform about available/​suitable options before necessary treatment. Other members of the team, hygienist Lisa, dental assistants Angelina and Angela, receptionists Tammy and Patty, are all great at their jobs, friendly and efficient. We always leave the dental practice of Dr. Ngai and Dr. Phipps with smile from pleasant experience and with satisfaction from received dental care. I highly recommend this dental practice! They are the best!

Penny & Peter are awesome. Always friendly and informative. They don’t just clean teeth. They explain what they are doing and why. There is a fine line between a thorough cleaning and a painful one. Penny and Peter give the best cleanings with minimal discomfort. Just the other day, our 13 year old daughter was sharing with me how nice the hygienist was, and that she gave her great tips on reducing the effect of soda on teeth. Office staff is also very nice. We always feel like «stars» when we go to the dentist.
