I don’t know what happened to this place but it seems as if all they care about is making a buck at the expense of local businesses. I have to follow up with staff multiple times to get an answer and oftentimes feel like they don’t want to help out. Do yourself a favor and think twice about using Regus!

The Elk Grove Regus office is a wonderful place to have our company. The location is convenient and easy for our clients to meet us. The Customer Service Representatives always go above and beyond our expectations. They are courteous, helpful and accommodating to both our clients and our company. Good customer service is hard to find these days but it is never hard to find at Elk Grove Regus.

If I could use a different location for my home business I would use another office space in a heart beat. Unfortunately, this is the only virtual office space in town.
The day offices are limited and sometimes I have to see clients in a large conference room — great way to make a first impression! Additionally, sometimes I am in an office with only one chair for two clients.
This location is not as efficient as the Folsom location.

What a GREAT way to do business… Our uLinkNetwork Elk Grove group meets here and the facilities are 1st class… The meeting room’s professional, immaculate, and gives you a great view. I was immediately met with a smile by a great staff who was über-​helpful.
I even got a visit from the general manager who brought information and offered coffee or water or tea.
This great facility is a dream… Get here!!!
