I was searching for a home for over a year and a half and was using another real estate company. This was my first time buying a home, so I didn’t know any different and really thought this company had my best interest at heart and truly cared about finding me a home. But, after a while, I felt like I was just another number to them and I don’t think they cared about «when» or «if» I ever found a home. I finally got so discouraged and was about to give up my home search, but my family convinced me to hire a new realtor. I believe things happen for a reason, because once I made the phone call to Sandy, everything changed and started to fall into place.
I felt like Sandy really cared about me and I was not just another sale or paycheck to her. She drove me personally to properties to find out what I was looking for in a home and gave me great advice. Three days after I hired Sandy as my realtor, she took me to a home that I knew in my gut was my «dream home». It was so perfect for me, and I never thought in a million years that I would be lucky enough to call it my first home. There were several other offers and with my past negative experience with the other company, I was doubtful and pretty much surrendered to the fact that I would have to continue my search for a home. However, after some negotiations, my offer was accepted and Sandy was able to do in a week what the other company couldn’t do in a year and a half. I have been living in my home for a year and a half now and I could not be any happier. Sandy still keeps in contact and sends notes and cards to see how I am doing. So, her care and dedication goes well beyond the sale.
