Best Starbucks crew ever!!! They are so friendly! Very accommodating, if there’s an issue with a drink or food, they go out of their way to help make it right. They really make it a point to get to know you. Place always looks great as well. Keep up the great work! :)

I always stop by this starbucks during my work breaks, and they never fail me. I can always rely on this starbucks to get me in and out quickly. This starbucks is speedy and the staff are very kind and friendly. There are also various table sizes at this location, so it’s perfect for people who want to study or just chat. Parking is easy and abundant. Ill be coming to this location often!

Do NOT go to this location! They do not help out the community and we as a community should not support them. They agreed to let the Girl Scouts sell their cookies in front of their location today, but at 7:45am when the little girls showed up they were turned away by the manager saying it was a conflict of interest to let them sell in front of their store. They have also canceled on the other troops that were supposed to sell in front of their store. The rest of the Starbucks in Elk Grove are letting the Girl Scouts sell in front of their stores it is just this location that agreed and then canceled at the last second because they are scared some little girls are going to cut into their bottom line to much. Do NOT go to this location!

Came here for a nice cup of coffee. The place is clean the space is small. It gets busy. Coffee tasted like Starbucks!

Long wait, and they got my order wrong.
The customer service was excellent though.
I don’t really like paying for a 6 dollar coffee and have it made wrong but I was at work and was unable to go back and have it remade. But like I said the customer service was great, just listen to my order more next time instead of concerning yourselves with how my daily life is going. Thanks!

Definitely the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to!!! Staff are super duper nice and friendly, and all of their drinks are well-​made. I’ve been here every weekends for nearly 2 years, and they’ve never ever disappointed me.

This location needs help. Or maybe that was just today?
I’ve never visited this location before. Walked in, there was one person in front of me. Their transaction took a really long time, and the cashier was especially slow. They seemed chatty, which was fine… The barista making drinks was not taking orders from the line. I wondered why not. Seemed like she was making back-​up coffee, but that’s not an all consuming task. It’s pretty typical to get your order taken before you actually pay.
Anyway, it came my turn to order. I said I wanted a grande iced soy peppermint mocha. I said, «That has two shots in it, right?» (because it’s been a while… couldn’t remember). He continues to look in the POS system, looking up the shots. I thought, «WOW this guy is BRAND new to making drinks. He really doesn’t know.» But I kept my mouth shut. He came back with an answer after 30 seconds of silence and says, «No it has 4 shots. 2 peppermint and 2 mocha.» I said, «No, espresso. It has 2 shots of espresso right?» He thought I meant pumps of syrup.
After this he put in my order for a grande peppermint mocha, and went for a hot cup. I was not quick with my order, so I was surprised that he couldn’t latch on to my clear order for a GRANDE ICED SOY PEPPERMINT MOCHA.
I reiterated my order and he still didn’t get it. Uhhhh seriously?! You’re at freakin Starbucks dude. So I said it in a rhythm that would be impossible to miss…“Grande, iced, soy, peppermint, mocha“
And then he said, «So do you just want the peppermint then? Or do you want the mocha in there, too?» OMG. What!!! WTF. I said, «I want an iced soy peppermint mocha! Peppermint and mocha!!! I’m just confused because no one has ever asked me these questions before. It’s not complicated!!»
He didn’t even apologize or say, «I’m new here, I’m training.» That would have made everything laughable between the two of us. But he made it seem like I was confused. I was not confused.
The barista was a little slow to make my drink considering there were no drink orders in the cue at this point.
When my drink finally was ready, she threw it out, «Your soy peppermint mocha is ready»…the cup was not full, it was a half an inch from the top — my drink was $ 5.25 you bitcchhhhhh. You’ve got to be kidding me. I almost said something, but didn’t want to interact with these challenged people any longer.
Got into my car, and the straw she gave me was the straw for frappuccinos. The straw was almost 2x the height of the cup I was drinking out of. Does that really matter? No. But I felt like it was her obnoxious way of telling me to fuck off.
If I don’t get a buzz in about 10 minutes, I will know she fucked with me and gave me decaf.
I will not be back to this location.

I hate Starbucks that are independently owned cuz they don’t participate mostly on any Starbucks rewards program. I’m giving you two stars just because that’s all you deserve.

Today I was number 2 on the line and I picked my coffee after 10 people and when I ask why it’s take too long to do it, she said sorry I forget !! What that !!

Great convenient location. Plenty of seating and lots of windows, which I like because it makes the place seem more open (bigger) and lets in natural light. Very friendly staff. Lots of parking.

I must visit this Starbucks every other day. So much that I got to know some of the baristas there, mainly, Steve, Amy, and Joey. They are so friendly and personable. It is nice to walk into a business and you are greeted and called by your name. Kudos to the whole staff there, my favorite place for a Starbucks fix.

Located in the Bel Air /​CVS strip on Laguna. No drive thru. As with most Starbucks, it’s a cozy shop that’s nice to work from (during off-​peak hours).
Yes, 2 stars! I’ve gone to other locations with longer lines and a drive-​thru and I never have to wait as long. My drinks are usually hit or miss… typically, they’re a miss.

I usually don’t write reviews about Starbucks because they’re all good and they’re all pretty much the same. This morning is a little different. I walked in to get my typical blonde roast and this morning I added a piece of pumpkin bread. The young lady looked at me and said I’m sorry it’s going to take about another minute for the blonde to be ready! No problem at all I told her! She then proceeded to give me the blonde at no charge because of the wait! Now thats what I call customer service! Job well done.

This location is by my house but I just went in for the first time yesterday. I am so glad that I did. I am one of those people that has an obnoxious drink order, but it’s what I like so I am not gonna change it. I ordered my drink and the cashier was so un-​phased by it, she was super cheerful and helpful. The guy making my drink, his name was Neil was chatty and asking me questions about my drink. He made small talk and then handed me my drink and WOW he literally made it perfect. It was so good. I got a venti and drank it all. I almost never do!
I definitely recommend this one.

Pretty chill Starbucks location, especially during the week. I sometimes stop by on my morning runs and have been pleased with the drink making and friendly service. Probably 2^nd best to the Starbucks on whitelock and bruceville. Keep up the good work baristas!

Best Starbucks location in town hands down. Employees are consistently fabulous. Keith, Kowther, and Courtney are amazing.

Yeah I know that there is a Starbucks literally a mile or less away from each other around here but this is one is my favorites that is closest to where I live. It is a cool place to have a study group at or to hang out. I think this Starbucks is open longer than the others. There is free wi-​fi and it also counts as a Nintendo Zone for you 3DS users out there! I come here sometimes to enjoy a nice frappucino and download some DLCs when they come out. Just wait when Smash Bros comes out I bet gamers will be hanging out here to play and get free stuff from the special wi-​fi.
Anyway the coffee and tea is always yummy. Even the water is the best here! Heck I think I’ll just come and order gourmet water! Super YUM!
The staff does an awesome job so, good job workers at this location!
