judge for yourself. I worked there for a few months. Once indian, muslim, taliban, family comes in the owner will make you wash the counter top where sandwiches are prepped. Wash all of the knifes and even make you change your gloves before making sandwiches for these«goddesses». I got very sick of this. This happened all of the time. All because they eat veggies… This happens infront of them. Its a joke. Everybody else is treated like whatever and get crappy food.

Believe me when I say that I am an avid supporter of small businesses and small business owners but this subway location is an exception. The employees go above and beyond to please but every time I visit the location I notice the general disrespect the owner has for his workers. Between the cheesy jokes and backhanded compliments, I am very taken back by the owner’s misconduct. My advice to the employees is to find a small business that values your labor. My advice to the owner: find some integrity and start treating your employees with some respect.

This is a little franchise right off of I-5 north at Laguna Blvd. It has everything you expect from Subway: fresh ingredients, smell of baking bread and ‘punny’ signs($ 5 footlongs all Subtember).The mistake I made was showing up when the clerk was ready to clock out of her shift. She was reluctant to answer my questions about the sandwich she was making or the one I wanted to order. She wasn’t necessarily rude, just absent. She did put considerably more care into the toasted creations she was working on when I walked in. Of course, those were for herself and her ride home.

Was in the mood for something healthy. Decided to go to Subway. Everyone here made me feel so welcomed. I couldn’t decide on what I wanted to order, but they waited until I landed on my usual turkey with provolone on wheat. The lady behind the counter was friendly and didn’t seem to mind that she had to wait for me to decide. You can count on me coming back here again! Clean bathrooms and friendly customer service!

Subway is my go-to lunch place, mostly because there is nothing else other than gross A&W and Wendy’s within a 5 mile radius. Love stopping in for breakfast because their b-fast sandwiches are super cheap, especially compared with the Starbucks next door. Also, this month is customer appreciation month so you can get a 6-in cold cut combo or meatball sub for $ 2! This jew loves that deal.

LOVE love LOVE this place. Have been going here for years, and have always received great customer service. Sure, I might be a little biased — the owner is a vegetarian and he as well as his staff knows how to make an awesome veggie sandwich. Even if you’re not vegetarian this is still the best Subway to go to — always clean, great customer service, and free Wi-Fi(last I checked). This restaurant is literally the best in the area.

This is the only subway I go to in Elk Grove. The owner is really nice as well as the rest of the staff. I really feel like I am getting above & beyond customer service when I walk it. The store is very clean & it doesnt seem to get very busy either.

Typical Subway franchise. I work out at Gold’s Gym across the street and will come by after working out to grab one of their breakfast sandwiches. Their black forest ham, cheese, and egg sandwich is a good morning starter. And as always Subway always tends to be a healthier lunch or dinner choice than some of the surrounding fast food places in the area.

I’ve been to my share of Subways, but this one is the best. The owner work there daily and he appreciates my business. The food is fresh and store is very clean. I have always left with the feeling of — «This is a place that I will be coming back to eat». By the way, the Starbucks next door goes good with my sandwich.
