I have been to see Marlene twice to get my hair cut. My first impression of the salon was very peaceful. The ambiance is relaxing and the lights weren’t bright and there was soothing music and it smelled great. I had completely forgotten it was in the middle of office buildings after entering the doors. I have never had to wait for a haircut, she is always prompt and I get appointments in the same week. She is very flexible with her schedule and very kind. Now, when I first went to see Marlene, I was so impressed with her knowledge of cutting hair. She took over an hour to cut my hair and the whole time she told me how and why she was cutting it the way she was so I would get the result I wanted. I was happy to have her take a long time to cut my hair, because she was doing a very good job. I don’t mind spending an hour on a haircut when it’s relaxing and done right, because it’s a little me time I get every now and again while my husband watches our baby. I can tell she is a perfectionist and wants to give you the perfect cut. She knows her stuff and listens to what you want. I showed her a hair style from Pinterest and I walked out with hair identical to the picture. I was very impressed. Her prices are very reasonable and you can’t beat it. I’ve gone to so many places that have three clients scheduled at once and I have not been happy. This is the relaxing hair cut experience that I enjoy and I will be a long time client of Marlene’s!

Marlene is the new hair stylist at this salon. I followed her from her previous Iocation. She does a great job with my highlights. She has reasonable pricing and is easy to talk with. I would recommend her to anyone.

I scheduled a free consultation with Mercedes. The Spa is very clean and has a soothing ambiance. She looked at my skin and addressed my concerns. She showed me some products and showed me how well they work by applying some on my hand. She explained what was in them and why they would work. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I will be going back.

This is Curtis’ wife. I have had a few facials from Mercedes. They have all been great. The customer service is great. I would recommend her to anyone. My face has cleared up and looks so much better.

I just had my first micro-​dermabrasion facial by Mercedes, and my skin looks fabulous! I was a little leery of what the procedure would do to my skin, but there’s actually very little redness and the next day I felt so young! Mercedes’ other facials are great, too, but for a woman of «a certain age» — it was time to step it up. A great experience.

I have been going to Wellness Spa for a number of years now. I recently have started doing facials about every six weeks due to my middle aged skin break outs. Mercedes is wonderful! If I have a need between appointments for a zapping-(think of a giant Zeno machine) I call and she does not charge me for this treatment. I do receive compliments on my skin so she must be doing a good job. The products she sells are also higher end quality and reasonably priced.

I’ve received several massages from Karen and walked away feeling much better than when I walked in. Her healing hands and caring attitude have helped me with my neck and back issues. I highly recommend her!

I just had my first massage here with Karen. It was WONDERFUL. I walked in tight and tense and left feeling much more relaxed, knots gone and couldn’t wait to schedule my next appointment. Karen was even kind enough to give me an extra few minutes at no additional charge. I made sure to tip her generously as the quality and service she provided was above and beyond. You can tell she really cares about her customers and exceeding their expectations.
I’ve had massages in the past where you leave feeling tortured and sore for a week after. I left this massage feeling relaxes and that my muscles had truly been worked by a professional educated in muscle relaxation, not muscle torture.
I will go back, in fact I already have my next appointment on the books. Thank you again, Karen!

I am and have been a client of Karen for over 1-​year. I began seeing Karen after skin removal surgery as I required deep tissue massage; especially in the stomach and abdomen area.
From day one, Karen has offered complete comfort and privacy. Karen’s strength and focus is on muscle manipulation. I personally love the attention and focus on my shoulders, back and legs!
Karen allows for open communication and so wants and prefers her clients to be open with any areas of concern or that may require additional focus. This is and has been appreciated as Karen will adjust the massage to fit the needs of her clients.
Karen’s massage services are very reasonably priced. This even after Karen extends her time, on occasion, without requesting any additional charge. Karen’s schedule is also flexible. She will truly go above and beyond to work in a client when able; even at a last request notice.
I have never ended a massage session without feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I often am put to sleep during my massage and cringe when the wake process begins. The day after I get my massage, I wake up feeling strong and energized.
Needless to say, I plan on seeing Karen for my twice a month massage sessions. You are a wonderful and giving person Karen with an amazing gift and talent.

The first time I called, a lady answered and told me to call back the next day for an appointment because she was driving at the moment. I thought that was a little unprofessional. I called the next day and got a same day appointment which was very convenient. My appointment was with karen and I asked Karen to focus mainly on my neck and shoulders for my 60 minute massage and she said okay. I paid for a half swedish half deep tissue massage but she didn’t do any deep tissue massage at all! I asked her twice to use more pressure but she never did. The worst part was when I asked her to focus more on my neck and shoulders, she decided to add another 30 minutes and charge an extra $ 30 without telling me! In the end, it was a 90 minute subpar massage that cost $ 105 and she didn’t even relieve any of my neck and back pain! I was very upset that I didn’t get the deep tissue massage that I paid for, but luckily I had a $ 75 gift certificate to go towards my balance. Will never go there again! I didn’t know that you could add charges to a customer’s bill without telling them, especially when I paid in advance!

As someone who rarely gets massages, but when they do go to Massage Envy, this was a first time trying something new, and it kicked ASS. I had the best experience here with no problems getting an appointment through the very available Mercedes, and managed to get in right away. This massage was a 90 minute one for $ 100 well spent, as they took extra care to focus on each aspect I had listed while additionally completing the full body massage, not missing a thing. While the location is in a office facility and you can here the drainage pipes when the bathroom goes once or twice, they put you at ease with soothing music, and great smells. I don’t see myself going back to Massage Envy after this experience with Karen.

It’s taken me a while to get back in and write the review on my massage, but better late than never right?
I’ve had MANY massages, but this one was the best by far. Karen is truly amazing! Between my lower back, shoulders, and neck, I was a complete mess when I walked in! But I left there feeling like I was walking on clouds. Even now, weeks later, I feel great! Those pesky nots that she worked out still have not found their way back to me.
Another pleasant surprise came when Karen asked me if I had time to stay a little long because she wanted to give me some extra time for having to reschedule the week before when she had come down with the flu. I’ve had a number of massage therapists need to reschedule, but that was the first time I’ve ever been offered extra time for it.
Karen is also a physical therapist so she gave me tips for my sciatica. Between that and the extra time she gave me on the massage, she put a lot of time and effort into helping me. Karen is good at what she does, seems to enjoy it, and even seems to really care. I was very thankful and impressed by her and the spa. It is a little out of the way for me, but they are well worth the drive.
I’m thrilled about finding this place, and I’ll definitely be going back!

I went to this spa because I had a spa finder gift card. I thought this would just be a last minute appt for before vacation, but was pleasantly surprised by the facial I recieved. It was done by Mercades and she has a very soft, healing touch that was also attentive to my skin care needs. She customized the facial for my needs and wants. I enjoyed the facial and will be going back to her. Thanks !

Like the previous reviewer I too had a hard time scheduling an appt. I had recieved a gift certificate and when I went to schedule an appt I have had nothing but trouble. First off I tried calling several times and got no answer. Then I went to their website and discovered that you can schedule appts online so I tried that avenue. You enter 3 prefferred times and then are suppose to wait for a call back to confirm. When I finally did get my call back I was told none of those options were available. Further there were no appointments with the estetician for a long time. When I asked if I could then just schedule a massage the connection dropped. Frustrated I have decided to just get a refund and go somewhere else.

I walked in there one morning and the receptionist was on a personal phone call. She was a little loud — especially for a spa. Anyhow, the spa is located in a commercial building where there are multiple offices such as Wells Fargo and title companies inside. The spa looks nicely cleaned and well lited.
Btw, I’m trying to schedule an appointment but was told that someone will call me.
