a worker inside walgreens for the first time ever after bringing my dog into this very place many many times, tells me dogs arents allowed because customers complain. So if i complain about kids and babies crying and being disruptive in the store will you bann them too? (just using it as an example) there are no signs saying there werent pets allowed. If there arent any pets allowed then can i hold walgreens accountable for leaving my dog outside in the heat? what pissed me off is that she seem to have this grin on his face as she was telling me thinking it is funny. so i replied back, «since when have dogs not been allowed here because ive brought him here many times.» her bext excuse was because theres a pharmacy here, yeah ok ill be looking into that. I even buy some of my dogs stuff from this very store. DONT SELL DOG STUFF IF DOGS ARENT EVEN ALLOWED HERE & PUT UP A SIGN.

The worst customer service I’ve ever gotten! Called before I came in and they didn’t answer the phone so my call had to be transferred and I spoke to guy and he was so rude! He said «ok so what’s your question» and I told him, then he said «hold on» In the middle of me telling him my question and then he said «so what was your question again» with a lot of attitude. From now on I go to other Walgreens in Elk Grove.

After picking up the prescription yesterday at Walgreens I found out that I was being charged six dollars more per tablet then I would’ve been charged at Rite Aide. When I brought this to the attention of the pharmacy manager she had no intelligent response. Her idea of a response was to tell me that I was wrong in the information that I was telling her. They have blown it twice, First by charging ridiculous prices and then by having a ignorant sales staff! I will never step foot in another one of their stores and will try to make sure that I tell as many people about my experience there as possible. Worst sales experience and customer service I have had in many years!

Do not use the drive thru pharmacy!
Just to drop off RX takes long.
went inside to pick up RX, still a long wait. They had 5 employees behind counter but only 1 register open. Long line of course. They should have at least 2 registers open, takes time putting in info for Rx.
I do like that they TEXT you when your Rx is ready. Super++

It’s just another Walgreens store. But, one employee makes it special. Dawn. Usually starts at 3:00pm. Brightens up my day, every time. Professional and helpful. What makes her different is you can tell, she cares about people. Not just a paycheck. There are a couple more terrific ladies working there too, but Dawn gets my vote for «Best Walgreen Employee» ever. Drop by and meet her. One terrific lady!

Coming here recently for redbox. This Walgreens only has one machine so wait can be long, but store if relatively clean and organized. Front clerks are always super friendly.

I have been a customer at Walgreens since living in South Sac and Elk Grove over the past eight or so years. The staff is pretty friendly and the photo services are awesome. I recently used the one hour photo services; loaded my photo online and my pictures were ready within the hour and the photo quality was bright, sharp and there were no surprise adjustments!
Will be using them all the time…

My experiences with the photo department at Walgreens have been great. The staff is friendly, and if there are problems with the printed photos they always offer to redo them. My online orders to the store are always fulfilled in a timely manner, and the prices and quality of the prints are super great.

Thanks Ms. Marshall for your oh so UNpleasant «customer service» tonight. Not once did you apologize for my photo order being messed up and not once did you apologize for making me wait while you tried to figure out the problem!
I’ve never had a problem getting photos here when I download them from my computer and pick them up 1 hour later. It was this one time that I relied on actual humans to do it that it got all messed up. Not only was it not done in the one hour but they attempted to charge me double! «That is an ESTIMATED time, not a guaranteed time» and «Oh, it’s a computer problem.» I think it’s a managerial problem myself. I will only come back here if I upload the pictures myself and review them MYSELF. I am by nature fairly patient and can understand when things go amiss but the lack of customer service with the «manager «here is appalling!
