The atmosphere is clean and bright and blah. The 3 of us ordered a Cuban, a Cherry Chicken Wrap, and a BBQ Pulled Pork with sweet potato fries. The cuban was declared tp be bland, but spruced up with some lemon and pepper. Additionally the turkey on it was tough. The wrap was stated to be very good. The BBQ was ok to good but overall lacking in something unknown. Additionally the bun was not strong enough and fell apart. Lastly the sweet potato fries were below average in taste. The prices were overall fair for the sandwiches, but costly to add fries. My overall rating is 3 stars but I could be argued up to 3 ½.

Grandmas wall paper. Gold accent wall hangings. Well worn carpet and plastic tableclothes. Delicious potato leak soup, skins on w big bacon French fries were good, ask for well done. Skins on.yum. Buffalo chicken and bbq pork slider were good, if unexceptional. Coffee was average. Service was friendly and low-key. Prices reasonable.

TJ Charlies IS the go-to spot in Elk Rapids for breakfast. Our party of 8 went there each morning(3 in a row) for breakfast before hanging out on Torch Lake. Each and every person in our party enjoyed their order, from straight up eggs to omelets. I personally had the Texas omelet twice and the country breakfast once. The ingredients are fresh, size is perfect, and the waitstaff was spot on. This is the 2nd annual Mancation and I still remembered TJ’s from last year. Prices are decent for what you get.
