I used to be a Bank of Elk River Customer exclusively. Since we have moved away from Elk River, its been hard to continue banking at our favorite branch. The competitor we use is not the same. Not sure how you can help with location but, reaching out past Elk River would be helpful.

I have had an account at this bank for over 5 years, and until these past few months, I have been very satisfied. I know they were downsizing, but now every one of the tellers is cranky. I went in to get at my safety deposit box, and the teller who helped me made me wait about 10 minutes, and then proceeded to sigh while I was opening the box. It used to be that all the tellers were friendly and personable, now it seems like they are herding cattle. I’m hesitant to change my opinion after being treated so well in the past, but they seriously need to work on their customer service skills.
