Since the first review, I have needed new lenses and they came in within a week. So I’m a happy camper. I realize now the first incident was just one of those rare occurrences. The service here is really great, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for new glasses. They are way better than Pearl or Vision World and the prices aren’t really any different, plus you get a better warranty.
