Maurices

I’ve always loved going to Maurices because they always have cute clothes and good customer service. But, yesterday I decided to go on a little shopping spree for myself and I was disappointed. The clothes were great; I loved that part they had a lot of cute styles and sizes available for almost anyone. The thing I had the biggest problem with was the customer service. I asked a girl if they had anymore of this one shirt and she said she would go and check, but she never came back! I was a little confused to say the least and when I wanted to try on clothes the worker never checked to see if I needed anything else.
I will always love their clothes because they are stylish and pretty affordable, but the customer service might make me think twice before coming back.

I used to love this maurices store more than any other store. I moved away for a year, and when I came back they had remodeled the whole store, and now it’s big and overwhelming.
Besides that, the staff always used to be so friendly and helpful with anything. I loved not having to run from the dressing room to the racks to find another size, but last time I was there no one offered to help me, and after I was out of the dressing room, one of the associates started talking offensively about me, right behind my back! It was so rude!
