This place is the worst ever. I can’t think of a single time I’ve been here and not had a problem. Now they’ve apparently stopped doing 24 hour service as well? That was their only redeeming quality. If I could give them a lower rating, I would.

There are HUGE problems with this filthy restaurant. The counter, beverage dispensing area, bathrooms, food handler/​employee uniforms and overall appearance are dirty and disgusting. The orders are more often than not, wrong. McDonalds will NEVER regain the reputation it had decades ago as a destination for fast food as long as stores such as this are allowed to exist under these conditions. McDonalds corporate needs to conduct national unannounced inspections of their stores both franchised and non franchised and shut them down before people become seriously ill. I nominate the Elk River location to receive the first unannounced inspection.

Typical for this place. Trash is over flowing, tables have not been cleaned off and the employees are screwing off behind the counter.
They must be about out of trays because they are all on top of the overflowing trash cans.

Worst McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s. Very old ans very dirty, the owner should be ashamed. Was there today, messed up my order like usual and many other orders, the line for mistakes was longer then for new orders. This was a great McDonald’s when Chuck Adams owned it, the new owner must be slightly retarded or something.

McDonalds, in my own personal belief, is like White Castle. Its only good on 3 occasions. Once in a while, when you are super wasted, or when you are tending to yourself from a night of being super wasted. Service here is mediocre… They screw up alot of orders. Playplace is there for the kiddos if you feel like chugging a quarter bottle of aspirin or advil for your soon to be headache. Other than that, I guess its just something to eat. I’d take their breakfast menu over the lunch/​dinner menu anyday of the week.
