I kinda like this place, alot. I know many people there and refer everyone to goto this Verizon store. Phones are very difficult and the constant changes with the technology is very hard to keep up with. The billing does get messed-up and pro-ration is a pain. I have always been able to communicate our problems with our business phones and our verizon specialist has been able to explain, what happened. Sometimes our employees cause a mess, sometimes its Verizon. Always fair. This is the only Verizon Store I trust.
