Friendly and welcoming environment. I could sit in there and just hang out. The food was delicious … Soups, salads, sausage and desert all pleasing in appearance and tastes delicious. Food triggers palate by artistically combining perfect flavors! I have also used them for catering and all in attendance were extremely pleased! I would recommend Adams Bistro for lunch, dinner and catering!

Re opening dinner that was a private party where the chef put together a smaller menu and you got a smaller portion of everything. Food was good… some of it really good but overall nothing stood out. Service was attentive but slow… probably due to a large party of 25. No alcohol which is a turn off to me but for a café or simple meal it was a fine place if somewhat small

The first dinner they were open, we went in about 7:30. Not a single customer there. We were greeted and sat immediately. Service was quick and pleasant. The décor was rather cheesy. I understand it’s supposed to be Cajun/Creole, but it looked like they bought all the Mardi Gras decorations, bright table cloths and plastic place mats that the Dollar Store sold. The menu is small, difficult to read because of text color and placement, and the food has no descriptions or pics whatsoever. Ordering was sort of tricky, not quite knowing what was what for the items with creative names. No music was playing so I could hear everything said and done in the kitchen. While we waited after ordering, I could hear the microwave being used for our food prep, as no one else was there to eat. That should’ve been the first sign of trouble. The food — we ordered Jambalaya and a Monte Cristo. The Jambalaya was lacking meat, like really lacking! Almost none to be seen. And it was a very small portion to be an entrée. Surprisingly small. The sandwich, a Monte Cristo was okay, but nothing that great. It was basically a ham and cheese panini on white bread. I thought Monte Cristos were full of cheese, meat and then deep fried. The side of potato salad that came with it was tasty, but lukewarm. I think it was supposed to be warm, but I’m not sure. As much as I’d like to pull for this locally owned, creole restaurant to do well, I’m afraid it won’t unless they address these important issues.
