I had heard good things about Billings from friends who’d used them in the past. When my mother passed away, we chose Billings and they did a fantastic job. The staff was kind and made the process very easy, all things considered. They accommodated our tight budget and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and pleased with the arrangements. We received many compliments on the service.
I especially appreciated the thoughtful words shared by funeral director Jo Johnson both at my mother’s service and burial. His sincerity and compassion shined through and I know my mom would have been very happy. I highly recommend Billings and am grateful for the beautiful and affordable service they provided my mother.

The owner has a history of terminating licensed apprentice funeral directors without due cause or with any notice whatsoever. He once had a couple of apprentice funeral directors living in a dumpy house that he owns. He isn’t good about paying for overtime, either.
