I received 2 dozen pink roses from here that were gorgeous until I accidentally killed them 72 hours later. It was my first Valentine’s day ever to share it with a special someone and it was delivered to my work. Aw. Then I remembered this place 2 years later cuz everywhere else in South bend looked dank, when I needed to have a huge bouquet of balloons and card to announce bad news to be delivered to my now ex at his office. I am so thoughtful!!! Texting or phone calls are sooooooo impersonal.
These people came through with my exact directions, including what time I preferred, which is standard, but STILL. When I told them to make sure someone signs for it and I need a confirmation via telephone call so I can savor the exact moment– they called me right after to let me know who and where the bouquet was received by… his nosey secretary. I love it. Great service! Located in downtown adjacent from the south bend library.
