Heartland RV

After traveling across the country and going out of our way to make Heartland one of our stops to see we can’t rate this properly. Me and the wife both we’re completely expecting something else when we came to visit the birthplace of our new trailer. We expected a nice park large parking lot with a visitor center, a large hanger style factory building, well maintained areas and we found none of that. Instead it is located off the beaten path on some moderately maintained roads with no clear factory center for a welcome area. We found a faded sign in front of an old construction trailer behind what looks like a double row of fences and you have to just imagine that in the background somewhere the trailers are being built.

Run as fast as you can!!! There is no quality control in these 5^th, wheels at all. They look good but a lot of problems like some models with shower doors backwards so water can get between the glass and Heartland tells you that it is up to there standard of building ??? Leaks in plumbing because they don’t check the fittings. overflow hose missing on fresh water tank so the inclosed belly fills with water and much more. Hope this helps in you when looking for a new 5^th wheel.

I was just over promised by the Heartland Rep Brandon that they could do what I needed and led on for weeks. Finally got a call from AJ Jones stating they can’t do what I need but they hope they can earn my business. SHADY COMPANY! I am going to get a Forest River Product that has nothing to do with Thor!
