Hilton Garden Inn

No complaints, typical hilton property. Good customer service, clean room, good breakfast. Friendly staff…

Hotel was right off of a freeway exit, in a cluster near several other hotels (though it appeared that this Hilton and the Staybridge were the nicest of the options) and conveniences. There was ample parking. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and a decent size, and included a Keurig coffeemaker, 3 cu. ft. mini fridge, microwave, desk with ethernet cable internet connection cord (also has free wifi), etc. I think they had a pool and business center, but we didn’t use either. It looked like they had a small bar area and some restaurant tables on one side of the lobby, and a fireplace and living room type area on the other side. Along the entrance leading up to the front desk were carafes of coffee and a large canister of citrus water.
Overall a great experience. This is why I usually make a point to stay in the Hilton-​branded hotels: quality and cleanliness, guaranteed.

Nice place that missed on a few of the little things that will keep me from staying here again: tiny TV– maybe 28″, free wifi that is so slow it’s unusable in the evenings. while trying to sell you faster internet, the AC unit doesn’t have an option to leave the fan running while holding the temperature or simply just run the fan for noise. The combination of these is a deal breaker.

My father and I stayed here this weekend for the ND-​Navy game. Wrong team won. Great place to just chill out and stretch. Great service. Top shelf booze Johnnie Walker Black and Makers Mark amongst others. Great breakfast! Servers were fantastic, always on the ball!

I stayed here this past weekend for a friend’s wedding. The room was great. If you can get a room with a whirlpool tub, I highly suggest it. It was nice being able to relax in the bubbles after a full night of dancing.
I didn’t interact much with the staff but when I did they were very friendly. We were in a room directly across from the pool/​workout area which was very loud. But since we were only there for a day we didn’t ask to be reassigned. If I’m ever in Elkhart again, I would stay here.

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great place to get a good night’s sleep and break up a lot of driving along I-​90. Our room was clean, comfortably cool, appropriately dark, and quiet. The bed and pillows were exquisitely comfortable. The fitness room was surprisingly well-​equipped. Breakfast was nicely done and served by a waitress who put the customer’s needs first.
