IHOP

I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on my coffee and water, my toast was so hard you’d think it just got out if federal prison.
The caramel bon pancakes were surprisingly good.

Ate dinner here on a Friday night with my wife. Food was excellent and waitress was very friendly and gave very good service. Recommend.

The staff is completely confused… There is a long wait EVERY time, even though half the tables sit empty. Sometimes there doesn’t even seem to be a host or a wait list, and customers just stand around feeling lost. Their food is one of the worst for any ihop that I have ever been to.

Good experience at this IHOP. We had fried eggs (cooked exactly as I asked), hash browns, wheat toast, pancakes (lots of syrup choices), biscuits & gravy, sausage, & drinks. The service was great & quick.
Unfortunately I took a star away as the floor was filthy & in need of a vacuuming ASAP.

Do not go here. It’s bad, even for an ihop. Confused wait staff and very poor food. Long waits. Eat elsewhere.

If I could give it zero stars I would. First off I went for dinner and there was probably about 6 tables. The waitress was super nice… it was the cook in the back that lost our ticket and made me (preggo) wait over 1hr for my food. I was sitting near the back which I sort of saw what was going on. Then suddenly I saw the cook just tossing plates at her and cursing. She apologized to us many times. By the time my food got out, it was under cooked, I end up telling the manager about it and he shrugged and said I can give you 10% off but that’s all. I was so mad so I just said forget it and paid my bill and told him I will never be back. I feel bad for the servers…

I don’t even know where to start with this place. The service may be the worst I have ever had. The man that was taking our orders was high or something. He had a terrible and unwelcoming tone and spoke way too fast. He had no idea about anything on the item. He never refilled any of our drinks. His expression was dull and he was just awkward. I wasn’t impressed by the other staff either. They received one star because the food was pretty good and the interior and exterior were pretty well kept. I’m not sure what happened to this place though I would imagine it is the management.

Went in at 6. Finally walked out at 7:30. No food, no explanation as to why. Terrible service. It was a 20 minute wait to start with, while there were available tables everywhere. We waited anyways. Then continued to wait for 15 minutes after they seated us for anyone to even get our drink order. Then continued to wait. No one came over to check on us. Finally said forget it and drove over to chilis. That’ll be my first choice from now on and IHOP will be my last!

Good food, poor service every time. The staff are almost always moody, and they don’t tend to the tables nearly enough. You can just sense that the morale is down with the staff, so I would assume the management is the cause.

I love IHOP, but this has to be the worst one I’ve been to. Understaffed, unprofessional looking servers, poor quality food. Several tables around us didn’t have silverware and many went a very long time before a server came by to take their drink order. Disappointing.

Poor service. And poor quailty food. It smelled like old grease when we went in.

It is unfortunate that I can’t offer a higher rating, as the food was quite good. It was the food however that gained the extra star, otherwise this would be a single star review.
Like I said the food was good; cooked well, hot, tastey and filling! The service was an altogether different matter. When we took our seats there were only three other tables seated in our section. Four tables does not equal busy, but it was 15 minutes before our server came to take our drink order, and another 5 before they made it to the table. I wouldn’t have quite the issue here, but rather than offer appoligies we were offered excusses. The excusses kept on coming for the majority of the sevice.
The bottom line (cause I don’t much care to relive every negative detail of the experience), was the food was good, the sevice not so much… in fact it was plain bad, or should I say lazy and unprofessional.
If I thought any of the staff capible to address things I would have said something, but we’d already spent enough of our evening here, and we were ready to just leave for home.
