This is a incredible place to have local! They are well stocked, staff is friendly and helpful. Anything you need they have it! If you make home brew, wine, roast your own coffee, or make cheese this is the place to go. Their prices are competitive with anything on the web and in a local venue. They are on a first name basis with their customers.
They are dedicated to the customer as well. I had a small issue with a piece of equipment I purchased and it was replaced with no questions.
The one issue I did have was when I moved to all grain brewing they could not answer all of my questions.
In short I recommend this place if you are considering brewing, wine making, coffee roasting and live in the Mishiana area. Before you drive 100 miles or order on the web make a trip to this place and see for yourself.

Très bonne adresse si vous passez par ekhart les plats sont un délice pour moi la salade aux noix glacées, raisin, blue cheese et un steak cuit à la perfection. Le saumon était bien préparé avec légumes de saison. Le service impeccable et le cadre sympa on peut dîner sur la terrasse.

Got it in my head that I it would be fun to start brewing my own hard cider. I was excited to see this specialty shop in the Michiana area. I found the staff really great and helpful. I especially like that they only sold me what I needed. I had originally requested a wine kit, but after some discussion it was suggested I start with a cheaper kit. They also told me to wait to buy my individual bottles until I was closer to the bottling time in case my cider didn’t turn out correctly so I wouldn’t be stuck with a bunch of equipment I didn’t need. They also told to call if I had any questions or problems with the brewing process or equipment. I really hope I find brewing fun because it was great to have this little store with great help so close.

This small, niche company has everything you need to brew your own beer or wine. their selection is amazing!
Customer service is great, you’ll always get someone on the phone after the first ring, and they’re very accommodating and friendly.
