I have been going to Ray of Light for(I think) 7 years. It started when my neck was all locked up and I couldn’t move my head. I went in for a free chair massage, and walked out upright and in near-perfect shape. Since then, I have had five different massage therapists, an acupuncture therapist, done the sauna and had reconnective healing. I’ve used a lot of the products, like the soap and deodorant,(without aluminum). I even purchased a singing bowl for my wife’s birthday. I would recommend every therapist that I’ve had and basically everything there. Thirty-eight years ago, I damaged my lower back, and whenever it goes out, I make an appointment right here and then the Chiropractor later. Every therapist there has helped me in some way, and if I have no problems, I consider it to be preventive medicine. I am sold on continuing at the Ray of Light, and encourage anyone from any distance to give it a try. Try it, you’ll like it. I give it every bit of a five-star review.

Ray of Light is an absolute GEM — truly a «ray of light» in an otherwise somewhat-dreary town. I found Ray of Light through a google search prior to a business trip to the Michiana area. I discovered there was a yoga class the morning that I would be in town, so I made plans to attend the yoga class and have a massage after. My expectations were very low simply due to the location of the facility. All I can say is — WOW. EVERY town in America should have a facility such as this. Ray of Light focuses on natural healing and health, and on total-body wellness. Ray of Light offers everything from acupuncture to massage therapy to yoga classes. I took a yoga class with Mary. It was very restorative, relaxing, and healing. It wasn’t by any means a power yoga class with much difficulty; however, Mary offered opportunities to practice some sun salutations and gave different variations so students could practice at their own pace. Ray of Light offered many props and blankets which make practicing as comfortable as possible. My massage was fantastic as well. If you want to just bliss out and relax — book a massage at Ray of Light. If you want a massage therapist who will provide you with natural ways to heal an injury — then DEFINITELY book a massage at Ray of Light. My massage therapist helped me with exercises and stretches that I should do to help heal a long-term knee injury. The massage was relaxing, of course, but I also learned a lot about my body and my injury, and know now what to do to continue the healing process. The owner, Kris, is extremely passionate and caring. She introduced herself to me and was extremely kind. Her mother, who also works at Ray of Light, gave me a tour of the facility as well. I wish Ray of Light would franchise out and open a location in downtown Indianapolis so I could schedule appointments there more often!
