Oh sweet Jesus where to start. Order wrong. Like not even close. Among other things ordered a plain cheese burger — came with everything. Out of one of the soft drinks we ordered, bathroom looked like something from CSI. Pass.

Worst BK ever. My order is always wrong and they are rude when you tell them its wrong. Avoid this BK if at all possible.

I’ve never had such horrible customer service than from here. Everyone is so rude, even the manager. They get my order wrong EVERY time or forget part of my order. Last time I brought my food back without even having any of it. There was a piece of long dark hair on my sandwich and they didn’t give me my fries. I asked for a refund and the manager said that wasn’t an option because the food had already left the store. I told her I wasn’t leaving until I got my money back. NEVER again will I visit this location. Their customer service sucks and they don’t care about anyone’s time.

Just stopped here. Ordered a chicken sandwich with only cheese, got everything but cheese. You guys make your job seem so difficult. Disappointed again. Won’t be going back here. The people are rude too.
