Scooter’s Coffee House

Standard Scooters location-​they have the full menu and a drive thru as well. Inside, there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy your beverage, complimentary wifi, and lots of tables. Bathrooms are clean!

I’ve had two fails here recently. Just today I ordered a pumpkin chai tea latte only to be given some sort of coffee. Of course I noticed when I was turning out on 204^th and had to head to pick up my son at school. Plus it’s so annoying to have to return. I hate coffee so it is a really big mistake in my opinion. Starbucks rarely messes up a drink.

I have been to this Scooters several times, thinking the service, wait, and coffee would eventually get better. It has not, and I’m so annoyed that I feel compelled to review. Today, I waited 15 minutes for a large black coffee. Earlier this week, the employee gave me the wrong drink, until I corrected her at the window. The employees often volunteer that the coffee is freshly brewed, but honestly today I couldn’t even finish it. It tastes like warm dirty water — incredibly disgusting. On at least two occasions, I have had to leave the line after ordering to ensure my children make it to school on time. One would think allotting 15 minutes to stop for a simple flavor of the day would be sufficient, but not at this Scooters. Lesson learned. With as many Scooters options as there are available, I will never be stopping at this one again, and if you want coffee that is drinkable, I would advise you seek out a different location as well.

This was the worst coffee and coffee drinks I have ever been served. An Americano with an extra shot that was like tea and a chai that was just sugar water. And over $ 6 fir the two. I will never come here again.

First of all this is my very first review ever! I have been coming to this Scooters everyday for six years! Yesterday while I went through the drive thru, I was «attacked «by the owner. I had questions about a price days before and 6 months ago, the milk was bad in my drinks for close to a week. She brought that up and about all my other «complaints» (which were actually a few questions) Even if I did «complain» often, which I did not, that is how you treat a loyal costumer of 6 years? I have spend thousands of dollars there and obviously the owner doesn’t care. I wonder how much longer she will be able to run a business treating a loyal costumer in that manner. I will go to another Scooters that will appreciate my business! She was never nice in the first place but that particular Scooters is close to my house or I wouldn’t have gone back for all those years because of her attitude!

This Scooter’s is much like the others I have been too. I order the exact same drink and it tastes the exact same every time. So, that being said, I can’t really complain about this place now can I?! The only thing that ‘s a little weird about their drive thru is that the place where you talk to them is on the opposite side of the parking lot! I think that’s kinda funny, but as long as you get the coffee you love, why does it matter?!
