All the experience and awards in the world can’t make up for the pure lack of customer service and satisfaction. These guys came out and convinced me to ditch my lawn mowers and dog waste removal companies and use them as a one-stop service lawn care company. OK! sign me up! You mow lawns? Great! Dog waste removal included? awesome! You can service the sprinklers? Wonderful! You’ll landscape my yard? YAY! …huh? why is the dog waste a separate charge on my bill? …wait, why did you take it upon yourself to pick out the more expensive larger paver stones for my fire pit — I thought we were meeting at the Stone Quarry? WAIT… Why are my sprinkler heads broken? They were ALL working when you winterized them… oh, what’s that you say — it just a thing that happens? oh. ok. WTF! — WHYISMYBASEMENTFLOODED… oh YOU, put the cap back on the backflow when you turned the sprinklers back on so you know it was done right? Who the F are YOU?! OH — the owner? So what are we doing about flooding my basement and causing $ 3000 worth of damage? Hello… I said, WHAT are you doing about flooding my basement… hellloooooo? Hello? really? nothing? And when I say nothing, not only do I mean no real response other than bringing over a fan and de-humidifier, but no apology, no customer service, no communication about it what-so-ever…except for an $ 800 bill for turning the water back on. What a joke. I did get little bits and pieces from the receptionist. Something about turning it over to their insurance company… then something about it being denied because it’s the homeowners fault for letting them turn on the sprinkler system(even though the owner admitted to ‘not usually turning on the water this early — but the weather’s been so weird lately — I guess it must have froze… but I just cant imagine it got THAT cold” — unquote)…or do you think… possibly…YOUPUTITONWRONG! oh no no no no. He’s the owner after all… Never in my years and 4 homes that I’ve owned have I EVER worked with a company that was so quick to blame the home owner. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s still shocking to me. What’s more shocking is these guys are still in business. But that’s ok. Good for them! Really! There’s a lot of lawn care competition out there. A lot of customers who write really good to excellent reviews of companies that exceed in customer service. Unfortunately for me, I was referred by my neighbor(who only used them for lawn mowing) and not through online reviews which I depend on because I move around so much. My fault. I learned my lesson.
