This hotel is a Winter Wonderland of loveliness. Every detail is taken care of, tasteful, and warm. Greg Jenkins was a fantastic employee. He explained to us about the history and heritage of the décor, and took pride in his work. It was great to hear about the company culture of celebration and warmth. It shows in every detail! My first visit was two years ago with my 3 kids. This year, all 7 of us visited on our drive back to Columbus and loved every moment. Thank you!

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and most cost a lot more than this one. I have even stayed in the«fancy» hotels here in NYC, and I’d honestly rather stay in this Fairfield, than any of them. I stay here every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I’m not sure where to start(this is my first hotel review). When I check in, the people are nice. Like not the fake nice that I so often get from the service industry, but legitimately nice. And for Christmas, they have the most Christmas trees I’ve ever seen in one place. I’ll try to post some photos on here from it, but I’m not a big Unilocaler so not sure I can figure it out. I would recommend this hotel to a lot of people(and I DO!) The breakfast is top notch. The rooms are CLEAN! I can’t stress this enough. Also, there is an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a microwave/fridge in every room.(Or at least all of the rooms I’ve ever stayed in). I used to stay in Fairfield Inn a lot because it was the preferred hotel for the business account. I was never impressed. I only stayed here the first time because my parents highly recommend it. I’m really glad they did. It is super close to a Wal-Mart(less than 90 second drive), and multiple food options and gas stations. If you are traveling, do yourself a favor and stay here. It is worth it! PRO-TIP: the milk cooler is locked after breakfast, so grab an extra milk at breakfast and keep it in your room. At night, they have cookies put out, so you can have milk and cookies!

Attention to the little things(too many to list) makes this a first rate hotel experience. A warm and inviting lobby and a friendly«hello» from all of the staff will have you feeling right at home your entire stay. A spacious and comfortable room with a 42 inch TV and a great couch made my Saturday afternoon football watching and nap a real joy! A great location to visit the many wineries and vineyards of North Carolina’s Yadkin Valley wine region. The back porch with a fireplace and comfortable seating area is a touch of class rarely seen in hotels at this price point. Even though the pool is indoors, there is a porch off the back with plenty of chairs and lounges for those wanting to get some sun. Breakfast starts at 0600 everyday making it possible to eat even if you are planning an early departure.

The best hotel ever. We live in Elkin and stay here every New Year’s Eve. No other hotel decorates and gets into a season or holiday like this Fairfield. None. Always clean. Great breakfast. Awesome, polite staff. General manager really wants this to be a great hotel and it shows.

This was the only hotel that would honor the $ 89.99 travel coupon. All the hotels in Charlotte we’re like,“Computer says NO”! Thank gawd for this hotel. It was right off of I-95 and about another 50 minutes north of Charlotte. This hotel had it all! Keurig, breakfast, wifi, comfy beds, down fill pilliows! Down pillows! It was super clean and the décor was funky and fresh. The patio was really nice with a little fire pit and all! This will be the go to hotel from Ohio to Florida. Thanks to Tony at the front desk! Super professional and very welcoming. Can’t say enough nice things about this place!

Awesome room! Had a Keurig in it, a sweet TV, very comfortable beds, excellent shower and complimentary breakfast. Lots of attention to detail which means a lot during a hotel stay.
