I was called several times by this shop on day of delivery.
I’m pretty sure I talked to the owner (since they are family owned & operated) who tried to coordinate the delivery since the destination was remote.
She was extremely difficult to deal with and continuously interrupted me not letting me talk and even questioning me on my family and there whereabouts in a way that was condescending. It was not professional.
The flowers were okay I guess. Nothing like I saw in the picture of what I saw online.
My family still met them to pick up the flowers even since they couldn’t find the house. I was still charged a delivery fee.
