Webpage time isn’t updated. Webpage said it closes at 4pm including google. Door said 3pm. When I looked into the store no one was in site and doors were locked.

No pre made arrangements (I think I was confused by coupon on web site for to go products). Said it takes 30 – 45 min for them to make one.
But makes sense they only do custom orders now that I think of it…

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered as a thank you gift. Having ordered arrangements from other locations in the past, I always receive a confirmation email to show time and date of delivery. I never received an email confirmation and the person I sent it to never mentioned receiving it. The intended recipient is not a close friend or even an associate so calling them up and asking «did you get those fruit flowers I sent?» seems tacky. I did call the location a week later to ask, they said it was delivered. I’d like to believe it but would I ever really know???

Ordered and picked up my arrangement within an hour! It was beautiful and the fruit was fresh. My mom loved them.

Placed an order early in the week for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Delivery never arrived. That evening, tried calling store maybe 20 times. Line was busy up until the time the store closed, then it rang but went to voicemail. Left a message and never got a call back. Tried calling the next day and the voicemail message was an apology saying that due to overwhelming volume, deliveries were postponed and will continue until complete. The message ends with no way to leave a message to cancel delivery. Unreliable. Will not use them again.
