Lane Bryant

Cheltenham Mall is slowly becoming a desolate wasteland. Almost all of the stores on the end nearest BCF are gone this being one of them. The end of an era, kinda got misty eyed to see this Lane Bryant go. I’ve been shopping here since I was 18. Sign of the times I guess!

I get all my stuff I order online sent here because of the convenience of the location. However, that’s pretty much all that’s useful about this place. Service is hit or miss, and as someone who has worked at Lane Bryant (but not this particular store) previously, I really am not impressed by how they interact with customers. I also think many of the workers often dress inappropriately and just suck overall with service. I’ve watched and dealt with workers rolling their eyes at customers or just sitting there while people are waiting at the counter. But that’s only 75% of the time, the other 25% they are okay. The selection is okay (other locations are better) but I have only bought one thing in store since I started shopping here.
