I lived here for about 3 – 4 years and all in all was not too bad. All utilities were included, they mow grass for you, in site dumpster, close to the school and close to shopping and such.
Towards the end of my stay there, they got a bit backed up with repairs. I had a crack in my tub that needed fixed which was only problem I had. They were willing to work with me when I had a rough time, so I recommend them.
