The Isaac Jackson Hotel

Newly remodeled. Friendly Staff. Very Clean. We stayed in a double Queen. Beds very comfortable. Very Nice Toiletries items from Bath and Body Works. They have thought of everything. New security locks and surveillance. Not a franchise and it shows, they take pride in their business. Highly Recommend.
The Cinnamon Rolls at the adjoining 1863 Grille are amazing.

This hotel recently underwent an extensive renovation and they did a great job with the interior. All of the staff members with whom we interacted were very friendly and knowledgable. They have my favorite Bath & Body Works scent — eucalyptus and mint — as their toiletries. The breakfast buffet is bountiful.

Lovely brand new hotel in Elkins, West Virginia. It was also inexpensive but probably because it is low season and just opened.
The beds were super comfortable, shampoo, soap, tissue paper were high quality, bathroom wooden floors were very comforting. I actually took more showers here than at home! It really was that nice!
Staff was friendly and they were able to receive parcels for me without a problem. Business center with two computers and a laser printer are available for guests to use downstairs.
It was also very quiet as there are few people staying at the hotel as it is brand new and just opened. No neighbors above me or next to me which was nice. Wi-​fi was a bit flaky, hope they add more repeaters/​access points before they finish renovation.
Free breakfast is at the 1863 Grill restaurant downstairs … cooked to order. Wish it was attached to the building as it was pretty cold in Elkins during the winter (I stayed here in February).
Overall this is the best hotel you can stay at if you’re ever in Elkins!
