For years whenever I drove through Elkins I would point it out and giggle at the prospect of stopping at a roadside hut that sells wings.
Well, I finally stopped!
The Wing Hut is located in the parking lot of a car wash. We pulled up and a girl immediately came out of the car wash office to attend to our wing needs. We ordered 6 Caribbean Jerk wings. That were ready in 10 minutes and had a nice crunchiness.
Tip — Bring your own beverage.
They were completely out of soda but were directed to a pop machine that was also sold out.

Novelty of this place being a hut aside the wings here are pretty good. I stopped in while driving through on my way to DC and had 6 buffalo sauced wings. The order had a bonus wing and were sauced well while also being crispy. The biggest disappointment was the ranch dipping sauce. It was clearly from a huge food service vat and somewhat runny.
