Jenkins Restorations

After a kitchen fire over the summer Jenkins came through for us. The restoration company before them was a complete disaster and we were nervous about what the next company would bring. Jeremy Johnson, our project manager, took the lead and never let us down. Jeremy was able to smooth out every bump and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that his men were doing the right thing. The experience would truly not have been the same without Jeremy and Jenkins is lucky to have him as one of the faces of the company. Thank you Jeremy and though we met under unfortunate circumstances, I am happy to report that I highly recommend Jenkins and Jeremy Johnson for anyone needing restoration work.

Tyler and his team were very accommodating to our schedule. We have been very happy with the quick work being done. Our washing machine flooded right before the holidays and flooded our 2^nd and main floors. We had a very bad experience in the past with a different mitigation company. We would definitely use Jenkins again.

I wanted to take a moment to reach out regarding my experience with Jenkins Restoration, in particular, working specifically with Tyler Norris, my Project Manager and his Supervisor, Jeremy Johnson.
Tyler walked into managing the project within my home after what is best described as a disaster and then some from my vantage point. Once he took over, the communication, customer service, understanding, promptness and patience was on point. In fact, Tyler personally made sure it was, while remaining accommodating at all times. His efforts were not only greatly appreciated, but also contributed to keeping me sane during an extremely stressful time. While it was hard to remain calm, whilst my living space was upside down, I recognized Tyler could be trusted, thus reassuring my confidence in Jenkins’ capability to get the job done with quality results.
I find Tyler to be knowledgable in your industry’s specifics and overall he set expectations with me well. Moreover and most importantly, Tyler takes 100% ownership of his actions. I’m sure you can agree with me, being in a leadership role, these traits are extremely hard to find and even harder to teach your employees if not already instilled upon hire.
In summary, Tyler represented your company extremely well and surely is poised for continued success and increased responsibility. I am very pleased with the work Jenkins completed in my home and will offer my recommendation as appropriate for residential restoration /​construction needs.
