Fantastic menu and everything was fresh. Great choices and can ask for the level of spice you like! Tasted like it was made in a home in India.

Unilocal indian food while waiting at the mva and i’ve found this place. Ordered for pick-up and«o boy, my spirit got back up after a long wait at the mva». I’ve had their masala dosa(hopefully i spelled it right) and it was amazing. The soup that came with it was heaven. I need to call and ask for the name of it. The cashier was really nice and very welcoming at pick-up. I’ll definitely go back soon. It was tasty! Three thumbs up:)

I gave 5 star earlier when the restaurant was new, Now that they have established, the quality is declining. We ordered Veg Pakora and it was no way near the one that we tried 4 months back. We ordered HAriyali kabob and it is again was crap and did not look like what we ordered earlier. A month back, we ordered chicken fried rice, the veggies were not sauted properly and chicken was old. Looks like the carry out sucks. Very disappointed. They were really good when opened initially but now the food quality has gone down considerably. Have decided not to go again. Sorry Sanjeev(the owner)

I had egg dosa for lunch today. It was authentic South Indian dosa and I will definitely be visiting this place again. Highly recommend it!

So after I got the Groupon, I contacted the restaurant if it was valid on carry out, the person at the other end said yes. Good, went there to collect, a different person says Groupon is not valid on carry out. I told him I called and checked before I came in and there was no restriction of that sort mentioned on Groupon. He was adamant and I refused. He didn’t even bother to check if any other person took my order. That’s how great they value customers. After deciding I am never coming to this restaurant again, I started driving and the previous person calls me to pickup the order. What a joke, I refused of course ! Not going again to such a cheap place.

Surprisingly delicious, inexpensive and fast lunch — can’t wait to go back! The Non-Veg Thali is the way to go.

Really best Indian food in the state, authentic hyderabad biryani, every dish is really good, if you love flavorful and spicy food this is THE place. The level of spiciness can be reduced is that’s one of your concerns, I love everything on the menu here, the best for me was hyderabad chicken biryani, gobi manchurian, non veg thali, gulab jamoon.

I’ve been here twice for dinner after getting a haircut nearby, and I plan on coming back. Food = Super tasty, a bit different menu selection from most of the other Indian places nearby, which is a good thing. One caveat, when the menu says a dish is spicy, it is very very awesomely spicy! Service: Friendly Location: It’s one big room filled with tables, so could get noisy if crowded. Nice and clean. The only suggestion I would have is to get some window coverings. This location seems to have a large number of jerks who pull up in front the the restaurant with their bright headlights on, which can be very blinding when you’re trying to enjoy your meal!

Homely ambience and the food was phenomenal. The dosa reminded me of the dosa back home and the sambar and chutney was perfectly made. The samosa chat was crispy yet soft and had the perfect balance of sweet and spice. Lamb vindaloo was succulent and the icing on the cake was the piping hot jalebi. Highly recommend this place and plan to be back again!!! p. s saved the best for last and threat was the crispy on the outside succulent on the inside chicken 65.

Great service. Food was just OK. I’d head to one of the other numerous Indian places in the Columbia area over this one. Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Korma were our dishes. Chicken seemed like it was precooked or something… not tender. Veggie samosas and garlic naan were well done. Lamb was tender and enjoyable, but certainly not better than Royal Taj or Chutney. We have been trying all the Indian spots since Akbar closed, and I won’t have a reason to come back to this one. Very nice owner who brought us Mango Lassis on the house.

We got carry out from here late on a Friday night. My boyfriend said it was packed when it went to pick the food up. They made him wait an extra ten minutes BUT they comped him his time with a mango/milk concoction that was yummy. I had the spinach paneer and it was so, so good. He had the Tikka masala and was verbal about its deliciousness. They gave us a huge tub of rice to split and it was more than we could both eat. We ordered a side of garlic Naan and they gave us four halves. So good. Best part was it rang in at $ 25.

Really enjoyed dinner. Finally got to try their Chicken Tikka Masala & the beau got their Spicy Tandoor Chicken. Food was really good but took awhile to come and I had to wait 7 minutes for beau’s food after mine came.

Stopped in for lunch on a whim. Everything we got was great. We tried the spinach pakoras, navratan korma, chicken korma, lamb keema, onion kulcha, garlic naan and raita. The spinach pakoras came out steaming hot and were delicious with the tamarind and mint chutneys. The lamb keema was exactly as I remember keema from my childhood. Oily, spicy and perfectly seasoned. The chicken korma and navratan korma didn’t taste the same, which is my experience in some other places. Chicken korma was creamy and slightly spicy, not too much even for Oli. Navratan korma had a nice mix of crispy and soft vegetables and paneer. I asked for it to be mild and it had just a slight spice to it. Raita was delicious with crispy onions and cut cilantro in it. Naan and kulcha were hot and fresh. Definitely a repeat restaurant!

I brought a group of about 13 and the owner and his staff really made effort to accommodate us, scooting tables together and allowing separate checks. I think they’ll get more used to handling larger crowds(which I’m sure is happening more and more). Most of the patrons except our table, were Indian families – that’s a good sign. They gave us these complimentary, thin, crunchy bread with 2 dips. It was a precursor of the hotness that was to come… The star of the show was definitely the biryani. The portion and flavor was just unique and I saw many people order it and dig in. I went for the palak paneer, and that did not disappoint. The side of rice that came with it could’ve been bigger. Their naan was thinly cut and abundantly flavored, loved it. It’s like finding your favorite chips saturated with flavoring near the bottom of the bag… mmm. Most of us were sweating and wiping ourselves with napkins by the time we finished! Note: that beautiful non veg thali variety platter seen in the pictures is only available Mon-Fri…wail!!! That’s what I was dreaming of eating all week. Guess I“ll have to go back during the weekday!

Went to this place last Friday with friends. We were a group of six. The wait staff was courteous and we were immediately seated. The ‘Sheekh Kabob’ and ‘Chilli Chicken’ appetizers were exceptionally tasty. authentic Indian style. One other appetizer was the ‘Cut Mirchi’ which was the best I’ve ever had. In entrées, I really loved the ‘Kadai Chicken’ and the ‘Gongura Goat Curry’ which is not often available at all Indian restaurants. Last but not the least, every Indian’s favorite, the ‘Biryani’, was fantabulous! This place has exceeded my expectations. My advice to all the Indian food lovers out there — «You haven’t tried Indian if you haven’t been here».

Came here along with few colleagues for lunch and we had veg and non veg thali. So start of with, Naan was the best I had in recent times. Curries were really good and the staff were sweet and explained us their lunch specials well.
