I believe I have been coming here regularly for a little under 2 years now. I happened to get Ken my first time here and now he is the reason I come back. Overall the environment is clean, friendly, and very calming. I typically get a gel manicure and pedicure with Ken every few weeks(when I’m able to that is. My frequent bi/triweekly visits haven’t been as often now that I’m away for school, but I am always sure to go to him when I’m back for break!) and he is by far the one of the best techs I have ever come across in all my years of nail pampering. He is attentive, sweet, and a very very very good masseuse! And trust me, I do not take the topic of massages lightly. I understand the job of a nail technician is not to be an expert masseuse, but(and call it an obsession with good massages) I feel like I was robbed of something when I get my nails done and the massage is just ‘eh’. Ken is the opposite of ‘eh’. His massages are literally to die for. At my last visit with him last week, I timed(just for this review!) how long he took when massaging my feet/lower legs during the pedicure, and he took a total of 4 minutes and 6 seconds. That’s a WHILE for only ONE foot/lower leg. Every time I go to him, I just feel like he focuses on just me and isn’t pressed on finished ASAP in order to get to the next customer or to just get me finished and out, he truly spends time with care on all he does, the massages, but also in cuticle fixing, polish application, and perfect cleanup for the most clean-cut, flawless nails. Anyways, I probably sound so silly about going gah-gah over the massages, but that’s truly the cherry-on-top for my experience with Ken. In terms of his actual nail work: he is diligent and very very attentive as I said before. I’m super picky, and will straight-forwardly tell my nail technician if something should be fixed or if I’d like for them to focus on something specific when they do get to it. Not ever in my almost 2 years with Ken has he complained, made a face, or done anything nasty for my straight-forward comments.(Disclaimer: I’m also not nasty in how I ask him to fix or tell him how something is wonky! Always make sure you’re nice when you’re asking/telling something to someone who is completing a service for you:) He is very accommodating and so careful. As I said above, he is so attentive and focused on just me when he is doing my nails that I don’t feel like he’s ever in a rush to just finish me up to get on to the next one, which is one of my top reasons, if not #1, for why I enjoy going to Venetian Nails for him. Ken will spend the time you deserve even if he has another customer waiting(I think they’re pretty good with making appointments in a way where he is able to dedicate a substantial amount of time to a customer without feeling the need to rush). The only thing that could *potentially* be seen as a downfall would be the time he takes due to how diligent and careful he is in everything he does, from massaging the oil into your cuticles to shaping your nails to perfection. When I went for my gel manicure and pedicure this past week, I was there for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Though, I do not think this is a downfall, but if you are in a rush for time, obviously the time duration isn’t ideal for you. But for those that can afford the time length, in order to receive the attentiveness, care, and precision of an awesome and sweet nail tech, I would highly recommend going to Ken at Venetian Nails!

Been waiting for an hour. No one greeted me when I entered. And poor upkeep of the chairs.

I went to get a manicure before I leave for disney this weekend. The lady who did my nails didn’t talk at all the whole time I was getting it done. The whole process was rushed and the thing that pushed me more toward writing a review was my finger got infected very bad. I would not suggest going there nor will I ever go back to that nail spa again

Tried it out for the first time, and won’t be returning. Got a gel manicure and the only thing I liked about it was how speedy it was. I was done in 30 mins, good and bad sign… No one greets you when you walk in, and the salon environment is not exactly inviting or relaxing for my standards. The manicure itself was ok if you need a quick job done and arent picky. I was never asked how I wanted my nails filed or cut. I rather pay more and go someplace else with better service and nicer environment.

My mom and I come here regularly for our monthly/bimonthly pedicures. It is $ 25 for a basic pedicure, which I think is very reasonable. They are always very nice and the pedicures last. They have a great selection of OPI polishes. We also have gotten eyebrow waxes($ 10, which is pretty standard) a couple of times and were pleased with those as well. As a previous review mentioned, there is a bit of a language barrier with two of the four employees, but it’s fine. One of the employees can sometimes be a little rough too, but I would definitely recommend this place.

Very relaxing atmosphere, clean, and staff is nice. There was a little language barrier, but nothing that interrupted the service. Prices seemed average. They really take their time and give you a quality pedicure. Great massage chairs and they did a good job painting my toe nails. I walked in on a Saturday and had to wait about 30 minutes, but they do make appointments too. I will definitely be back.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasnt for the miscommunication that I had with the guy who did my nails and his bad attitude. I had previously went to some other nail salon and they did a horrible job. I went here to get them fixed and even though this place did a good job it was a lot of huffing and puffing on the part of the guy nail tech that did it. He acted as if he was not interested in dealing with me. I had one of my nails pop off and asked him to fix it. He did it really fast and sloppy. I then asked him to look at the other nails to see if they were salvageable. He then proceeded to cut away the parts of the other nails that were coming up from my nail bed and recommended a fill in to fix these holes. I thought that we was going to then do the fill in to replace the parts he broke off and he said no. He said to just walk around with it the way that it was until my nail grew out more. I was not about to walk around with holes in my nails! I then told him to do a fill in since he just cut away my nails and left them raggedy. He huffed and puffed and got an attitude. The part that makes me mad is that he redid the broken nail that he just fixed because he knew he had done a sloppy job 5 minutes prior! He was just trying to get me out of there so he could go back to playing his iPad. I wont go here again just because of the attitude. The final product was great but attitude is everything! I did give him a tip because of the final product.

Came here yesterday with my boyfriend’s mother for pedicures, I was very pleased with the décor and atmosphere here. It’s a large open beautifully decorated establishment. They have lots of manicure stations and tons of pedicure chairs, which is really nice if you come with a few people and want to all get your nails done together. The nail technicians were very polite and eager to assist us and tell us about other spa services they offer. I was very impressed with my pedicure, it was done with so much care and precision. The only thing that surprised me and turned me off just a bit was during my pedicure the nail tech answered her cell phone twice. Which isn’t a big deal but it’s just in poor taste. The basic pedicure cost 25.00 which is pretty standard for this area. They also offer facials, massages, waxing and extended pedicures for some more relaxation. I would come back if I was in the area and in need of a beautiful pedicure.
