My husband and I have been residents here for almost 2 years now and the only good thing I have to say about this place is the staff, specifically Tony. He’s always super helpful and always pleasant when I see him. Plus, my dog adores him so that’s a bonus.

Love this place! The area is great! The people here are nice including the front office people are really nice and helpful what really matters the most to us is when your in a jam and our maintenance guy Tony, is the absolute best! He’s helped us out every time we need anything and he is really professional and courteous.

We love living here! The location is wonderful, and the manager Cindy and her staff are both friendly and super helpful! I also want to especially acknowledge Tony our amazing maintenance man, for his prompt efficient response to all maintenance requests. My fiancé and I recently had an issue with our lighting over the dining table. We called the front office and Tony was up to fix it 20 minutes later! He has been nothing but the best when it comes to customer service repairs in the past and present. He has such a pleasant demeanor and is truly an asset to Verde Apartments! Thanks Tony!

Coming up on a year here, very nice complex. Tony! He’s the man! Always on top of things around this joint. He definitely looks out for the community and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. The people are a mixture of old, young, and anti-​social. Lots of juveniles, so if you are looking for peace and quiet. Possibly not the best fit. Located near the beltway, Arrundel and Columbia Mall very convenient. Staff is okay.

The managers at Verde at Howard Square were very accommodating after my family and I had issues with the first apartment we moved into. The apartment was located next to a heavily traveled road, and we could hear the traffic all hours of the day. It was relentless. All we wanted was piece and quiet and we never got it. But once we let the mangers know of our dissatisfaction they quickly met with us to resolve the situation.

I have lived at Verde for almost two years now and hope to stay for another. The staff has always been friendly and I enjoy stopping down to say hello on my days off. My apartment is a great size and I have had very little noise issues. The location is perfect– as a commuter to baltimore city it is easy access to 95 and 100.
