I took a personal day from work so I could take my daughter to her initial appointment to get braces. They waited until an hour and a half before our scheduled appointment to call me and cancel due to a scheduling conflict. They didn’t seem apologetic or care that I was not going to reschedule my appointment with them, or that I took a personal day for the appointment. I’m sure if I had waited until an hour and a half before the appointment to reschedule they would sent me a bill. I would not recommend this business.
