Update 11÷17÷15 — I woke up this morning and saw that the carport has been emptied. Reviews on social media are handy for quick responses. Good work Accolade! Now waiting to see if rent will be credited for the days that I didn’t get to use the carport. Update. Received some credit from the manager even though Nicole was defensive and refused to give me credit. Remember boys and girls, no good deed goes unpunished! 11÷16÷15 — I moved from Salem to Ellensburg for work in October. I rented my house from Accolade all over internet and telephone. I liked their electronic transaction forms so I did not have to mail or come down in person. Nicole was courteous and efficient when I drove up on the 5th of October. She told me that another tenant had stored their stuff in my carport but had been asked to empty it. So the carport will be available soon. Over a month later, I still don’t have a carport. I had passed up several less expensive rental places closer to work just for the carport. The tenant using my carport has the gall to leave a note on my door on 11÷10÷15 asking me not to park on the side of MY house. I went to talk to her and say that since she was using MY carport, I have nowhere else to park. She refused to empty the carport and slammed the door at me. I called and emailed Accolade and all I got was«I don’t know». The manager Sarah calls me on 11÷13÷15 to say that the carport will be emptied by 11÷16÷15. Well, today is 11÷16÷15 and the carport is still full of crap.
