My very first visit to this store and the sales lady «Victoria» was very sweet and helpful :-) Thank you for helping me pick out my very first purse and wallet!

I’m so loving Michael Kors right now. I love the look of the purses, the colors, the styles, everything. Today, they had a good number of 50% off sales. But of course, everything I loved was regular price.
The sales people are nice here, and do their best to advice me on what colors go with what.
This is a great place for some eye candy purses, watches, accessories, wallets.
Happiness set in instantaneously here.

I usually don’t have any issues especially with the sales team. However I walked out today feeling that Shoua (manager) and Lorian was very shady (integrity issues). I purchase a purse less then a year ago, Nevertheless the purse started coming apart, I explain the situation to Lorian (working the register) while I was waiting to purchase a new purse and even let her knew that the purse was in the car. I knew Michael Kors damage item policy in the past was that they would take the purse and send it off to be repair (I really wanted my bag) however I didn’t knew they stop that process and now just give store credit. Well Lorian knew, so she told me well make your purchase first (knowing that they do not give refunds) then we can see what we can do. This is the point where I do believe that good customer service should have came into play, because at this point, not only did they allow me to make a purchase knowing that a store credit would have been the only thing they could do for me but they didn’t want to allow me to use the credit that they gave me toward the purchase I made about 7 minutes yearly. Providing good customer service is telling the customer well before you purchase that bag (I’ll keep this bag behind the register so you can go to your car and get the damage bag because if we can’t exchange it for the same bag at least you will get a store credit and you can use it towards your new purchase. They were all about the sale and lost a long time customer. I’m going to use the store credit I have however use it at the outlet in Orlando, Fl.(they have a better selection anyway) Ellenton was convenient. I do like to recognize the good as well as the bad, therefore I would like to say the sale associate Emily was excellent with her assistance. I love today’s technology because not only did I call up my friends and tell them what happen because word of mouth is the for sure money maker but now I’m able to tell a few more people.

The staff was great! Had a great shopping experience as well.

lovely clothing and bags, things i love but just wouldn’t ever buy at full retail price. some of their «clearance» items only arrived 2 weeks ago! adorable rain/​trench coats and gorgeous maxi dresses.
also had a nice selection of watches.
staff was super friendly, a great shopping experience.
