Pizza Hut

If I could give negative stars I would. Husband orders pizza at 610pm tonight and I go to pick it up at 640pm bc he was told 20mins. They actually ended up loosing the order and the girl taking orders takes zero responsibility (asked to verify number he called etc) manager says 20 mins to get a new order so I said I have food let’s deliver it bc I have groceries in the car, told 55 minutes. No offer to rush order, no discount of delivery fee, not even an apology until I said cancel my order I’m going to Dominos. I have zero problems with ppl making mistakes, but turning it on your customer and not doing anything to make it better — HUGE problem.

Tried again today, same thing, the order was wrong. Had to wait for to made again!!! Enough!!!

Valentine’s Day disaster. Manager had no control and avoided when my husband stood there for over 35 minutes and asked to speak with him. My husband got 3 cold personal pan pizzas. The phone rang off the hook no one there even tried to take care of phone orders. Looked like workers were in slow motion no one was moving fast. Unbelievable. Please replace Pizza Hut with another store such a waste of space.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut for a long time. Spotted their store front when we pulled up Publix in the same plaza and decided that’s our dinner. Very busy! We had to waited a good 25 – 30 minutes for our Supreme. Yum!

Has to be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever encountered. Several times our pies have been delivered raw & undercooked. So this time I ordered with the manager (Rico) and he assured me they would be made well-​done & delivered in 45 – 55 mins… WELL: 90 MINUTES later I call to check on the order & he put it in as carry out! never going back, do yourself a favor & don’t waste your time ordering here!

Me and father arrived Exactly at 10 p.m. Tonight 4÷15÷15. A woman and a man that work there were outside smoking in front of location. Being parking lot empty and parked close to their delivery vehicles they knew we was going to walk in. 10 seconds after walking up to door it was locked. Kept knocking looking to see anyone to order pizza for 3 minutes (10:03) Exactly by looking at sati light cell time. Finally we noticed a drivers door and seen a man sitting on some racks talking to someone. After say 20 seconds of trying to talk to him through glass door unlocked he finally decided to get off his butt and come ask what we wanted. We asked to late to pick up a pizza he said closed at 10. I said you turning us down by 3 minutes and your still open for delivery till midnight? He said yes. All over 3 minutes of close time for walk inns. That really worth losing a local mile away customer that’s going to tell several hundred how me and my 75 year old father was treated. Guess their making plenty of money. But I’ll surely make a heck of an effort to spread the news of this location. And to verify time their surveillance cameras will verify seeing us at front trying to get attention. And to add to it the pizza oven didn’t have a single pizza rolling through it as you could see through front glass. …guess their making a lot of money and tired and didn’t wanna work tonight. Surely after that treatment were not dumb to go home and order online.
