Tru green knocked mailbox dwn ⁵⁄₂₈ said someone will contact me about repairing box.
⁶⁄₁ no contact yet. Called 800# was told 24/​48hrs before someone would contact me.
Called ⁶⁄₂ I spoke with another Mgr who told me she wud have the Mgr over that branch contact me but no one did.
⁶⁄₃ I called and cancelled my service. Later that afternoon dan? The mgr/​supv??? Called me to say he would come by or call me back that day after his Rte was finished or the nxt day but no call no show
⁶⁄₅ I called back to the number he called me from at 7:30 am and left a message to rtn my call. Nvr called me back.
⁶⁄₈ called supv/​mgr back again at 7:30 and left message to rtn my call and again at 12:30 but no answer.
Called on ⁶⁄₈ 800# was transfered to cust serv for my area. Once again no one can reach anyone at the branch and was told that i would receive a call 24−48hrs. I request to speak to another supv and was told they couldnt cone to the phone but they wud send an email ro that branch mgr about issue. Danielle traxler customers svc sup. Was the Mgr who wouldn’t come to phone and mikhail 31 345 id# us whom I was speaking to on the phone.
⁶⁄₉ I finally get a call from a Les Cline (I believe that’s what he said his name was) telling me someone will be out at the end of the week to repair, replace or whatever it takes to fix mailbox. Well its Sunday ⁶⁄₁₄ the beginning of a new week an dc my mailbox is not repaired. I call him back and of course no answer. Now 3 wks without being able to receive my mail because Tru Green tore down mailbox and has yet to repair it.

I write this review with every intention of following with an update to see if they fix the problem.
Everything started out great. We’ve been using TruGreen for almost 2 years now. Our struggling sod was finally starting to make a revival and, with all of the recent rain, our grass had never been so green and weed-​free. The TruGreen guy came out last week and did his thing. Not even 2 days later, our beautiful green grass had HUGE yellow spots all over it. On the side, there were spots of grass that were brown. As of yesterday, the large yellow spots are now a crispy brown and the spots that were brown are now completely dead. And of course this happens 2 weeks before our tenants are moving in. Awesome.
We called TruGreen and they sent somebody out. He left a note saying that the discoloration was due to «weed control» but that it would come back. What he failed to acknowledge was that he negligently oversprayed chemicals onto my lawn. So, how is my dead grass going to make this miraculous comeback… divine intervention perhaps? I’m pretty sure God has more important things to do.
If the grass makes a full recovery, I will eat my words and update this review and give them 4 stars. As I said, my experience up to this point has been mostly positive. But their failure to admit that the «discoloration» (more like rapid death) was the result of overspraying chemicals on our lawn really pisses me off.
