Let me just say first off the employees here get a bad rep. I have gone here for over 20 years. The employees for the MOST part have always been good. People complain the customer service is way too slow and unhelpful. Honestly it isn’t them, it is the ignorant people in line. It has gotten even worse over the years. Customers will cut in line then bad mouth everyone. They hold up everyone else because they feel they are the most important. Also I know this may sound bad, but this bowling alley is lets just say«dark.» The people that go here have no common decency what so ever. Kids run down the lanes, people take your balls, loud, disrespectful, worthless people. This bowling alley should be only for people who intend to join leagues. This is not a place you go and practice. If you are looking for darkness and low class trash, this is the spot to be. I have changed bowling alleys after 20 years and never plan on returning. Ill stick to bowling alleys with class and not trash. You know your bowling alley is trouble when they have a security guard every night. Trash Trash Trash kick them out.

This is a decent alley. It would be nice if it stay open until 2a. 1a just isn’t long enough. Here are my suggestions for betterment: 1. More than 1 bartender on the weekend. If it’s not in the budget get an employee who is able to split roles, like work the food counter & bar as an assistant to both. 2. The lanes & machine need a bit of routine maintainer. We got errors on the screens, had to reboot the lane a few times and the table screen need to be updated as its old and has calibration issues. 3. In addition to the tables at each lane, there should be free seating in the back for people who have more than 4 to a lane. 4. After 10p, this alley should do a cosmic rock & bowl. Turn the lights out. All of them. Black light and colored lights only. Put on top 40. Offer drink & food specials and let the good times roll. And it would be nice to employee lane side wait service. Make this very similar to lucky strikes.

This bowling alley is fine for a casual night out with friends or for your children. The people working there are helpful and they have some great weekday deals. If you want to drink and bowl I do suggest you go to mustang alley the bartender at this placr I dont think was ever a bartender at an actual bar the drink I ordered had a very odd taste and it was overly strong. That being said the food was decent for a bowling alley so no complaints there. There is an odd smell but thats probably rented shoes

The WORST customer service EVER! I have tried to schedule an event for over two weeks now. After no response to multiple emails I decided to call the Ellicott city location… An employee by the name of «Bijou»(if that’s her real name) was EXTREMELY rude, she was no help whatsoever. I was very unhappy with her service. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time here.

Gotta love the Monday-Thursday special from 9PM to 11PM – $ 8 unlimited bowling plus $ 1 shoe rentals. Enough said. It sold me, and I hope to come again!

No, I ain’t a regular bowler but I know good/bad customer service when I experience it. The first time my family and I went here was on a lovely Friday afternoon. I checked online and thought, «it’s our lucky day, there is a special price for unlimited bowling…$ 9.99 includes unlimited bowling, a pizza, a drink, and shoe rental per person blah blah blah… between the hours of 2pm and 5:30pm MON-FRI.» Bringing two young kids, I didn’t really want to pay up the a** just watch them role balls uncontrollably for hours. This«deal» seemed great. We arrived and were informed that«special» didn’t apply for this particular afternoon because it was a day leading up to kids not being in school! Huh? It wasn’t even a holiday but whatever! Why don’t you post limitations online? OK, whatever, we paid and played anyway. Then we came back a few weeks later for another«deal» I saw online only to get screwed again! This time we had family in town so it was even more aggravating, especially considering one of the family members IS an avid bowler and knows that what we were being charged was highway robbery. While the kids had fun, my husband and I played in the next lane only to have constant issues, having to reset the pins, and calling over technicians multiples times between our two visits. Also, they don’t start serving alcohol before a certain time(we were there well into the afternoon). BOOO!!! I’m not taking kids bowling without a beer, come on!!! A nice girl finally felt our parental pain and offered my husband a few beers 10 Minutes before they actually were supposed to start serving, luckily his sparkly blue eyes paid off for once. I’m not cheap, I’m not a regular bowler, but I don’t appreciate coming to an establishment multiple times only to be told the«deal» they are advertising online doesn’t apply today for some LAME reason. BEMORESPECIFICINYOURONLINEOFFERS!!! That’s all I ask, thanks. AND, don’t treat me like a fool when I ask about the CURRENTOFFERYOUAREADVERTISINGONLINE. No, I won’t be back, there are plenty of other bowling options for fun nearby. I’m giving brunswick 2 stars simply because my kids had fun(and the nice lady that sold us beers 10 Min before the official beer selling time), otherwise it was a one star experience:(

This is a nice bowling center to take your family to. It is clean and the service is good. The music is a good mix for everyone to enjoy. The prices are comparable to any other bowling center(ridiculously high). Expect to pay $ 5 per game per person during peak hours(after 6pm and all day Sat & Sun) and $ 5 per person for shoes. They offer cosmic bowling on Fri & Sat nights and during the day on Sundays. Kids and adults adults alike enjoy bowling to the today’s hottest hits amidst lights and fog. You’ll find it hard to get lanes from 6 – 9 during the winter league months(late Aug to early May), so plan accordingly. My suggestion is to call ahead and find out when there are specials, although their offerings are few and far between these days thanks to new management. They have a decent arcade here with Dance Dance Revolution, a nice air hockey table, a basketball game, a hunting game, and a few racing games. Kids will be entertained for a while – spending your money always entertains them, right?
