inSpec Property Services was top notch from the start! The owner, Patrick, answered my phone call by the 3^rd ring and was happy to schedule an appointment that worked perfectly for me. He was able to come out and provide a home inspection within 3 days.
Patrick was already at the property when I arrived and had started his meticulous, methodical and very detailed inspection. He didn’t mind me following him around and asking questions and took his time making sure that all of the systems as well as the structural integrity of the house were checked out extremely thoroughly. He had all of his tools at his finger tips and provided honest and thoughtful answers to my questions.
I highly recommend this company, and in fact will be utilizing his services again in the near future as I have another home to be inspected.
I feel extremely confident in my decision to not purchase the first property based on Patrick’s findings and explanations.
By 9 am the following morning, I had a 48 page report with photographs and explanations in my e-​mail.
His pricing is competitive, his availability was perfect and his knowledge base was extensive.
