I love tanning here. They keep up with changing the bulbs in their beds. Excellent staff, very friendly and efficient. This salon is always clean and smells like coconuts

I’ve been to almost all the Palm Beach Tans in the area and I liked this one because it wasn’t crowded at all and very clean. They had a large selection of beds. I definitely recommend this Palm Beach location if you are going tanning. There was a slight wait for the versa.

Fine until you try and cancel your membership because you are moving, with no locations where you are moving to, and then all customer service and communication go out the window and they deny your request for a refund because the manager who signed you up never told you the cancellation policy. I was told you can cancel anytime with no fees! Not to mention when my refund request was denied no one got in touch with me to tell me it was denied so I could have tanned the last two weeks I was paying for anyways. When I tried to call the location to ask why I was not refunded I was told they would pass the message to a manager and a month later I still have not received a call. The manager who sold me my membership was clearly not knowledgable and she also did not mention that the two free upgraded tans needed to be used within a month so one day before the month ended I was asked if I wanted to use an upgrade because they both expire tomorrow… Why did no one tell me this before. Basically an all around horrible experience unless Matt is working he’s the only one who seems to know what’s going on in that place.

I only get a spray tan for special occasions or vacations. Can’t complain about this place; always clean, pleasant staff and good specials/​offers for customers like me who only tan once in awhile.

Came for the $ 10 Test Drive spray tan special. Printed the coupon, called to confirm the special, and read the fine print. Upon arrival, I’m informed that the $ 10 special only applies if you purchase products. I asked where this policy is stated in writing. Neither employee could answer my question and, of course, no manager on site. $ 40 later, I’m contacting a manager tomorrow. What a racket.

This location is now a Palm Beach Tan and is definitely an improvement from TanStand. PBT now provides eye-​wear which is nice is your forget yours and they are offering a wider variety of lotions and skincare products. They have also expanded their hours until 10pm during the week and 8 on the weekends. The new hours are great for a busy person!
