Ordered a new hot tub cover from Sunshine Spa and pools 6 months ago. For over 6 weeks I heard nothing. I had to call several times to get an update. Customer service is poor here. The cover was delivered and installed. This was 6 months ago and the brand new cover which cost me 500 dollars with 150 for installation is leaking. The skirt collects water and rain water drips into the tub. I was told by Chris that this is normal. I do not agree. When I was trying to explain how unhappy I was he felt that it was ok for him to laugh at me over the phone. I am really disappointed. I was told that they use the best covers out there and I paid whatever they asked and expect good service. Lessons learned here: They have poor customer service They will not stand by there products
