I came here with a few girlfriends during a Saturday afternoon shopping trip. There was a sign on the door that said 20% off all merchandise. I found a scarf I liked early on and told my friend I thought with the % off it was quite a deal. The woman at the counter overheard me and said scarves were not on sale. I thought that was odd, especially since the sign said everything was on sale but didn’t question it. A friend of mine was near the counter and looking at hats. She asked if they were on sale. The woman abruptly answered that only clothing was on sale and then rudely went on to define what clothing meant. Another friend asked about the sign stating all merchandise being on sale. The woman got on her phone and walked toward the front and out of the store complaining about the group of *female dogs* in her store! My friends and I put down the items we were going to buy and left. I’ve never had an experience at a store like this in my life. We are a group of women in our 30s and were there on a Saturday afternoon and we will never step in her store again.

I love all the incredible cool stuff they have there, I bought my niece a baby outfit but I could have bought so much more, women’s clothes, boots, socks, novelty items etc…

I completely agree with the other reviewer. I walked in and looked at a plaque. I went to take a photo to ask my boss if I should buy it. A woman said, very loudly and rudely, «THERE ARE NO PHOTOS HERE MA’AM.» Everyone looked at me, and at first I couldn’t tell who said it because she was looking down at the counter while talking. Now, obviously if that’s the rule, I’m fine with it, but it was the extremely rude way she spoke to me. I mentioned the experience to my family (they are local) and they told me I never should have gone in there for this exact reason… there is another store (A Touch of Ellicottville, maybe?) that sells the same merchandise for a better price. I definitely will never go back there again!

Bought a cute hat but the woman who owns the shop was unbelievably rude for no reason.
