Our stay here was great!
The many great features of this hotel:
–Free breakfast, I’ll give it a 3/​5, but it tries to be good and at least has a DIY waffle station.
–Walking distance to everything in Ellicottville.
–Ample parking.
–Cheap, even during ski season (~$ 170/​night)
–The friendliest staff of any chain hotel I remember staying at.
–HOT TUB.
–Free Wifi that was not ridiculously slow (was streaming the olympics).
–mini fridge and microwave in room.
–looks to have been recently renovated.
Overall a much better value and stay than some of the other lodging options in the area. I’d imagine it sells out easily on weekends and peak days.

This place is great in the summer when Ellicottville isn’t occupied by skiers and tourists. A perfectly quiet escape from downtown Buffalo. Walking distance to the quaint streets of Ellicottville.
The room was huge and well done with a living space, kitchenette and jacuzzi. Comfortable and clean.
Highly recommend for a mini-​vacation.

Nice place, friendly people, good breakfast, but I cannot justify the price of $ 200.00 a night.
