What a sweet place for lunch. Small dining area. Amazing soup — our party of four each had the tomato basil and everyone enjoyed it! The Reuben was delicious. The servers were excellent and so helpful. We brought home several kinds of loose tea. Can’t wait to try them. Will definitely return.

This was a great little lunch place. I had a bowl of spinach tortellini soup in a nice broth with carrots mushrooms and had a great flavor. Also had a chicken salad sandwich on rye. It was very fresh with lettuce tomato and very thinly sliced red onion. Nothing overpowering so it is as well balanced. We ate outside and had a very nice waitress named Aubrey. She was very attentive and friendly. Overall had a great experience and we will eat there again.

I cannot begin to explain the level of disgust I feel for an establishment who has clearly some of the most ignorant workers I have ever witnessed. Today the manager at the blue ridge restaurant told me that he doesn’t have children, children are stupid! Who would ever say this? It’s because of people, most who have children, that this restaurant is successful. Things obviously can get hectic during rush hours at restaurant, but no manager should ever get so frazzled to say to a patron of their business that children are stupid. As far as I am concerned, this man was and is stupid and so to is the owner that would hire such a disgusting human being. Would never go to this restaurant or the one in Elijay ever again!!! Who cares about the food if the people that make and serve the food are so rude and disrespectful.

Stopped here on our way to a local winery. We’ve eaten at the sister restaurant in Blue Ridge and liked it so we thought we’d like this location too. We were right! Same delicious soups and sandwiches. Hubby had a cup of wild mushroom soup and a ham and cheese sandwich. I had the amazing tomato basil soup and tuna sandwich. Their soups are among the best I’ve ever had; fresh, creamy and substantial. The service is always friendly and efficient. A nice alternative to barbecue!

My husband and I he the tomato basil soup. Excellent. We had the chicken salad sandwich and the beef and blu sandwich. Very good. For dessert we had the Oreo Cheesecake Fresh and tasty. Our server was friendly, knowledgable and prompt. I would recommend and come back to this establishment.

Thanks Unilocalers for the reviews. While driving around came to be hungry n we decided to try it. The place is close to Elijah’s Circle n parking lot. As soon we where seated we look the small menu n decided to start with the soup of the day, Wife order the Tomato Basil n I had the. Chicken Vegetables(I try the tomato Basil n was better than the chicken vegetables) Then Wife had a whole Ruben Sandwich n I had half of their Cantaberry Chicken salad. Did that cause when we where seated I notice a cooler with lot of desserts, yummy. Server told us the available desserts n ended with the Peanut Butter Cake, that have made mine day DELICIOUS. Even Wife ate it n she do not like Peanut Butter.

The $ 7 salad was cute but it was so small! I was literally shocked when they brought it to the table — I took a picture of it but don’t be deceived — it was about ¼ the amount of a Wendy’s or Chick-Fil-A salad. Yes, the pecans, bacon and blue cheese that were hidden on the bottom was good, but nowhere near enough to warrant the gouging. My mom was excited to take me here, and by the looks of it, Ellijay’s senior citizens like it, but my salad was a rip-off. And her sandwich, at $ 8, wasn’t far off that description. Ellijay needs a Chicken Salad Chick.

Fast service and it was around four o’clock so they close at five’ish pet the sign but waitress stated they were closing at four. I said they may want to change the sign. My Reuben was crisp and corned beef sliced thin and not fatty. Sauerkraut tasted good. I was happy! My husband loved his BLT and really enjoyed the chicken and wild rice soup. I had some tomato basil soup and it was good! The desserts looked good . Check was minimal and we left happy and full. I couldn’t ask for more after a long day of personal business.
